Applicazione dedicata al personale del Ministero per i Beni e le Attività Culturali coinvolto nella pianificazione e gestione di attività legate ai danni al patrimonio culturale provocati da calamità naturali. L’applicazione può essere usata da dipendenti MiBAC espressamente autorizzati.L’applicazione è uno strumento a supporto del personale tecnico MiBAC che si trova ad operare sul campo, coinvolto nelle varie attività emergenziali ( rilievo del danno al patrimonio culturale immobile, pianificazione e gestione degli interventi di messa in sicurezza, attività relative alla gestione delle macerie ed allo spostamento di beni mobili).
L’applicazione SecurArt PAEE consente ai tecnici di pianificare le proprie attività giornaliere e raccogliere le informazioni previste dalle schede di rilevazione del danno.
E’ integrata con i server del Ministero, dove vengono salvate e gestite le informazioni di pianificazione e i dati di rilevati sul campo.
Tra le funzionalità di SecurArt PAEE:
• Supporto alla pianificazione delle attività assegnate ai tecnici (ToDo)
• Localizzazione geografica dei beni danneggiati (Integrazione GPS)
• Compilazione delle schede di rilevazione del danno di primo e secondo livello
• Raccolta di informazioni multimediali (Integrazione fotocamera)
• Funzionamento anche in assenza di connessione internet (offline)
