How to install Direct Energy Account Manager APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Direct Energy Account Manager APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page

1 ★Features aren't working. But the design is good. And the functionalities would be great if they start working. As of now it's a waste.
1 ★Had Direct Energy for almost 3 years now. I was quite happy for the first year. The app really is horrible. I feel like they want my first born, just to get logged in. My bank's app doesn't give me as much flak, seriously. Like, I'm just trying to pay my power bill...not buy a house. I see other reviews from several people with the same issues. In this day and age people want to use their apps to pay the bill, see account info, usage etc. Get this fixed before you lose customers. TXU?
1 ★ABSOLUTELY USELESS APP. Doesn't work on Samsung S20. Keeps spinning on log-in. Fix the issue. This is ongoing.
3 ★needs an update. Whenever I could login I could not view my account information. And now I've been logged out and whenever I try to log back in it tells me there is a network connection error and that I need to connect to internet. I've tried multiple places with Wi-Fi and my own data and it refuses to connect. help
3 ★You have been working on this app for about a month and it still doesn't work. If I click on something it kicks me out. Don't reply back with, "we're working on it", reply back with an updated fix. Answering your question: I'm tech savvy you don't need to ask the simple troubleshooting steps, they've all been done. Thanks for the LATE reply. You still need to fix the fingerprint log in. It stays stuck in the log in spinning but never logging in. I have to click for Samsung to log in for me.
1 ★If I could give - ⭐ I would.. their app does not reflect the the exact bill at that time. Set up to have my payment taken out and they took out literally double because supposedly there were fees added every month because I would pay around the end of the month(live paycheck to paycheck) and only have 2 choices as far as when a bill is due, but tell me this 4-5 months later.. so needless to say I'm getting new service as wee speak... Good writens Direct Energy!! ✌️
2 ★There are too many bugs in the app. I'm unable to input my home information to better calculate the average cost. Anytime I attempt to add or change any information it freezes then crashes leaving me to login again and start all over. I wish it had the capabilities shown in the app store.
1 ★Just installed it. Now uninstalling. Tried logging in twice. Both times the loading wheel just spun for over a minute. I force closed the app & restarted it, same effing thing. Guess they don't care enough about their customers to create a quality app.. UPDATE: Got a response from the "account manager": "Please clear cache.." Apparently us customers aren't even good enough for real responses or they don't know what cache is. If I JUST installed the app, how would clearing the cache help??
3 ★The app is great for actually knowing my bill & paying my bill. BUT when I try to view my account information it keeps logging me out and asked me to log in again, & the app crashes afterwards. It also crashes when I try to see other parts of my account. I've already tried to uninstall and reinstall & the same problem persist. I also never received my referred credit nor did the person who referred me receive their credit.
2 ★Its been over 5 months since the app stopped working. My finger scan log in won't work. It tells me my credentials are wrong. Same thing when I do the pin log in. Whenever I am able to log in it logs me back out when I try to click anything. Really frustrating and annoying. I've tried to restart my password, clear my cache, and uninstalling the app and it still does not work.
5 ★Direct Energy has been a great company for my electric needs. When my husband passed away they madd it so easy to transfer the service into my name. Then when I moved to s new address, it was effortless and done all online. The customer service staff have always been friendly and very knowledgeable in helping me with my questions.
2 ★Why have an app that when you try to look around or fill in information it kicks you Out? I hate being kicked out while I'm trying to put Information!!! I've been building computers since late '70's with the USAF. I have uninstalled & installed several times. This app is Terrible! It's almost as bad as the Company itself. Now I log in & it kicks me right out! I just joined this Company 2 months ago at 7.2 cents Kw. Today my bill says 12.1 cents!!! They buy from TNMP & I have to add 5 cents!!!
