5 ★Overall the app does what it should. I have the Hub 2 and it works flawlessly. Setting up some IR devices was cumbersome and getting them to connect through Matter bridge wasn't as intuitive at first but once you do the setup it just works. However there is a bug where after updating the firmware the app says it was unsuccessful even though it finished fine. Weird.

5 ★The 'improved chart functionality' for the Meter Plus after the most recent update is awful. It is, in fact, less funtional now. There is no longer an hour chart, which was the only useful chart, so the app is pretty terrible now. This sucks for me, as I own 4 Meters. *Edit* The hour chart is back. Hooray!

3 ★Thermometer. Unfortunately now not able to view the year. It was perfect before some kind of update. Now not good.

1 ★==App does not work anymore after update, can't connect/use devices== Have used temp and humidity meter for couple of years. After update, all the history data got wiped out. Now I can't connect any devices to the app. Update 1: Feb 11st, Decided to try to sign out + sign in. But can't sign in, neither can't register. Getting "error try again" message in all the possible options on the app. Contacted support on Feb 11, waiting (as of Feb 14th). Reply on 14th, will update final outcome

1 ★Battery status is always wrong. This app never showed correct information about that.

1 ★False advertising. Return this product while you can. They removed the ability to add automations even without the Hub AFTER I complained about my automations only working when I'm home but stopping when I'm not home. They didn't tell customers that the hub was needed until now and the hub costs just as much as the device itself.

4 ★Issue: The Widget for "Device:ON/OFF" does not work with SwitchBot.

1 ★Loading slow, unable to find the device, unable to update firmware due to bluetooth out of range and im just right infront of the device. Door lock, switchbot hub, switchbot bot. Planning to SWITCH all of it. Cause end up you still need to do it manually.

1 ★I went to recalibrate a device and the app broke. I cant sign in and it PREVENTS ME FROM CLOSING THE APP. How does google even allow this on the app store?

1 ★Seems to have complete lost its ability to read data from my thermometer. Keep getting a "loading error". Tried removing and reinstalling the app, but it didn't help.
