5 ★It keeps you more motivated when you can write something or anything down that you have on your mind you can write about how your day went you can write about your weekly activities or the weekends if you have any personal issues you can always write about that as well you can write about if you and your family members are going to be making Christmas gifts and cookies for Christmas eve or if you are going on a vacation or something else.
