1 ★Devices keep disconnecting from the network. When the app is working, it is incredibly slow, every command takes 10-30s to process. The worst app I unfortunately have to use.

1 ★I'm renting an apartment in a building of 3 apartments with one Danfoss Link system. We're all on the same "living zone". I'm trying to create my own living zone so I can have my own schedule without messing up the other tenants. It's impossible to do and there's literally no help or support on line to assist. There's no point having a schedule if youre forced to heat every single room at the same time! Basically everything has to be done manually! Very inconvenient :(

1 ★I have to say it works but their new Ally system does not support the previous gen devices from Danfoss. Also there is no history for temperature changes, which would be super useful for learning how to optimize home heating. I've invested 2000$ into Danfoss Link system for my home heating just to find out that a year later they release Ally and now completely refuse to fix any problems in the old system. This is not a smartphone which you change every couple of years, it is home-maintenance devices which are supposed to work at least a decade or more and save you money. But if you deprecate the old system every few years it will never be economically justified to invest into Danfos systems. Why should I pay premium price for Danfos if I could go with something 4 times cheaper from AllExpress?

1 ★Basically never gets updated. Danfoss is usually known for quality products, but this product and app is a huge disappointment. They created it, and now they don't care - it was not that cheap either....

2 ★Horrible UX. Unintuitive and buggy app.. Worried about the future access and control of my heating system. Wish I had bought another system.

3 ★Everyday I have error of losing connection. Sometimes rebooting helps, sometimes no

1 ★From a few weeks app displays "connection lost". Several restarts are required to get it working. Internet connection is fine.

2 ★It's heating my room while showing it's not in the app. Not consistent app. Rare updates.

3 ★I'm waiting for an updated of Link and all the new features which Ally have now, eg. google home and updated app. I do not see reason why it wouldn't get it since is it same - zigbee gateway with internet access!
