1 ★Please try out the new app and get feedback before releasing it to the members. Every new app is worst from the last. It shows a lack of professional approach in the implementation of new app. Member numbers is good enough to login, what is the logic to change to email? Makes no sense and less user friendly. Pleade ensure there is improvement from the previous app otherwise don't change what is working.
1 ★It's very frustrating to use the app, some very obvious issues include: 1. Return cable car ticket dissapears after 1 use - imagine if you only come down after 2-3 days and the ticket is not there anymore 2. No purchase history - how to prove that i have purchased anything? 3. No email notification after transaction 4. Keep asking me to login over and over again even if i have not closed the app 5. Contact option is not usable - communication is possible via FB messenger with chatbot only
1 ★Auto signed out my account, and I forgot the password, requested to reset, I go for email verification due to I did not link my mobile number to the account yet. OTP sent, received from my email, but after I entered the OTP it showed "the mobile number entered is not in valid format". What a joke I don't even go through the mobile verification. I booked a room, all details and evidence is inside the apps and I did not receive any emails. Live chat but give me AI ans. How I suppose to claim back?
2 ★Updated all keeps logging me out and telling me to re-login as session ended for security reasons when I tried to book anything from hotels, shows etc. It was fine few days ago though but it seems that their hotels are always fully booked forever.
1 ★A very slow and unresponsive app before update, keeps crashing. After update, Chinese language was displayed despite English selection and unable to make any bookings ! Error message keeps popping up !
2 ★Please fix this ended session bug. Every time I want to see the booking trip they just keep telling me to re login. when I logged still telling me to login again. Try for several times still the same. Keep telle to logins can't see my trip date at all😡
1 ★Unable to update apps to version 1.8.3, this new version update was running at 99%, then stopped. Had tried it several times to update this apps, but the results were the same, until 99% then stopped, unable to complete the latest update version.
1 ★Sometimes I wonder why Genting even bothered to make apps! It's not only sub standard but it doesn't work either. Surprisingly it's one of the highest grossing companies in Malaysia, but they can't even bother to get a proper server. Whoever's developing their apps or leading their IT team really ought to consider a different career....
1 ★Not allowed to login nor create new account, only pop up a blank space with the 'close' button and no instructions at all. The same condition appears even after I deleted the app and reinstalled. What an app with such a big bug.
1 ★"An existing card is already linked to account." This is the reply after login, forgot password, sign up all give the same feedback. Please check with the app developer. The backend is funny, multi billion business cannot debug a software bug. Use a web or mobile framework, it's easy and safe. Please resolve this issue ASAP and not give the same answer from the customer service. At the end nothing is solved. Throwing the ball all around.
1 ★Super lousy apps, worst then previous apps. Keep connection lost, unable to log in and when want to check the hotel date will auto jump to another month! What your apps team doing there? The group so big but provide a super problem lousy apps like this!
1 ★For such a conglomerate the app is atrocious. 1. Can't book 2 rooms at 1 go. 2. Tried to book a 2nd room but immediately no available rooms after the first booking because of previous point. 3. Search results for rooms in terms of price and availability differ when using 2 separate memberships that are searching at the same time. How to book for extended family? Always no room for genuine travellers but room touts aplenty at first world hotel lobby upon arrival.
