We humbly attempt to bridge the deep chasm between the two mountains of human achievement: science and spirituality. The necessity of bringing these two towering edifices of human brilliance has been underscored by an authority no lesser than Albert Einstein, who phrased the union in terms of the human body: “Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind.”

I. Articles: These articles, most of them in the form of question-answers, form the heart of this site. These articles that give a glimpse of science and spirituality can be brought together for holistic human growth have been classified into four sections depending on the individual dispositions of various kinds of likely visitors to the site:

Science and Spirituality: This section is offered especially for the scientifically inclined, who can experiment with and experience within the spiritual dimension of reality, thus expanding the frontiers of science. You can browse the articles in this section here.

About the Author
Chaitanya Charan is a monk and spiritual author. He has done his Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Pune. He subsequently served as a software engineer in a prominent multinational software corporation. He also secured 2350 out of 2400 in GRE, gaining the top rank in Maharashtra.

Seeing the prevalent problems of stress, depression, addiction and overall misdirection – all caused by a lack of spirituality – he felt inspired to dedicate his life to the cause of sharing the spiritual wisdom of the Bhagavad-gita under the aegis of ISKCON (International Society for Krishna consciousness).

He is the author of the world’s only Gita-daily feature, wherein he writes daily a 300-word inspirational reflection on a verse from the Bhagavad- Gita. He also answers questions by seekers on his site www.thespiritualscientist.com.

His articles have been published in many national newspapers including Indian Express, Economic Times and Times of India in the Speaking Tree column. He is the author of fourteen books.
