5 ★I'm trying to rent out a electric scooter but your website is not working. What's wrong with it.

1 ★Does this company still actually rent EVs in the Seattle area? Does wheels.co still rent electric vehicles at all???

2 ★Bikes had to many issues. The update didnt help at all. Everything was way to buggy. Could of been better. Oh well, fun while it lasted.

1 ★This new updated app of Wheels is not connecting to my account. I am a long term subscriber to Wheels (since July 1, 2020) and customer service is not helpful. One rep keeps pointing out what I do wrong, instead of fixing the problem of starting the bike. This app ( the updated version) obviously has bugs that seriously need to be taken care of.

5 ★I am very happy with the new update. No more hassles to turn the bike on and off. I do deliverys on my bike and it saves me so much time now. Prior to this it was a whole ordeal especially when the bike turns off when it's standing idle.

1 ★Complete garbage, used in Texas about 3 weeks ago. Got charged multiple times for a bike that did not work and now got charged again yesterday when I'm home in ny where we don't have scooters. DO NOT USE

1 ★Worst app to use for rental scooters. I don't recommend, it will keep running Timer and steal your money. Save your time and money. Update: this app will keep charging you even if you don't use the scooters. The auto-refill option goes away seconds later. And can't be turned off. I had to email many times to get my money back. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

1 ★1st. time use, worst experience. The app asked me to add balance, after doing so, it showed that I was riding a bike, but none of them were working. Couldn't ride any bike. App didn't let me end the ride, kept saying no GPS location. It didn't let me end the ride for +35 min. I restarted phone twice, but it didn't work. App kept showing the same; it finally ended the ride and charged me. Called Cust. Serv. 3 times and after 2 days, there is no response from an assistant. Terrible experience.
