1 ★Useless for what I needed it for. Was hoping I could use the give folder like a pseudo-Gdocs, but since there doesn't seem to be a way to download to the device, just SpiderOak's cache, OR upload files, it's p much useless.

2 ★In addition to what others have said, I find it incredibly difficult to check my archive when the file tree suddenly goes blank. The only way I found to remedy this is to go back and reopen file folders until the tree actually stays up.

2 ★the app is useless, I can login and can see my private folder, but when I try to access it, no other folders or files are being displayed. In other words, the files are accessible only through the computer. With your phone you cannot access your files. Maybe there is something I am doing wrong so a little help would be appreciated.

1 ★On Window 10 it works fine. On Android, Samsung S6, it does not. Folders show up as empty after if flashes it's content for a split second. Fix that, and it will probably be a great App. 15 March 2017.

1 ★The app does not provide consistent access to the uploaded files, shows folders as empty one time, then with files another time, but doesn't open them. It simply does not work. As remote access on tablet and phone was one of my key features to have, I think I'll have to switch to another service.

1 ★I am a subscriber and I love the service. The online and desktop versions have always worked for me. But this app never works! It just never loads or gets stuck during authentication. I really hope they solve this problem soon!!!

1 ★Both the app and download are slow. 404 errors inside directories. Sometimes won't list files in directory. No 2FA. I like their service and love their price but I guess you get what you pay for.

1 ★One way sync only still? Come on devs it's been years. Two way sync required. Fix the timeouts too.

1 ★Worst application ever. I can't even log-in. It always says authentication error - please try again. Same thing on desktop! Always server error. There is no way to access their website. Finally I had to buy mobile data just to be able to update my account. But when I unplugged mobile access I still couldn't access the app with my regular wifi. I had to spent 30 mega on mobile data in order to download the last desktop app since the download link didn't work on desktop. After finally installing it on my computer it froze everything. So at the end it looks like all my backups are lost. Because the only way to access my data is on mobile with prepaid 4G data package. Download my 100 Giga data would cost a whole fortune that way, it's just not possible. I sent a trillion messages to support and got as much canned answers without ever responding to the issues. Don't use this app if you want to retrieve your data later!

1 ★Awesome company and zero knowledge policy, but mobile app is in serious need of work. 1) add mobile upload - preferably sync in background 2) allow download to run in the background 3) configure default download location 4) be able to download entire folders

3 ★sorry Spideroak team, your desktop service has become one of the all time best i have seen BUT your app is letting you down and turning away customers like me who cannot download a single file (can't even see them) from the app :(
