How to install Sibell Mobile APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Sibell Mobile APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★This app works perfect for what I need it for! I can view and adjust my cameras and it will alert me to a disturbance. I can even record snippets to my phone.
1 ★Can't add devices.... please fix. I'm a CCTV installer, I recently started to sell Sibell DVRs to my clients, so far none of them are able to use it on their mobile devices... can't add devices manually and even when we scan the barcode, it is still not working. Disappointed!
3 ★Overall it has been ok. It seems to forget the server that it is supposed to connect to but if you persist it eventually connects. I also seem to get random, bogus motion push alarms at times.

3 ★The camera viewing itself works fantastic. However there are two things that keep me from giving it more stars. 1. It is a resource hog, even when running in the background it will burn your battery at an incredible rate 2. If you have not completely closed out the application and your phone goes to sleep, good luck getting back into your phone. It is next to impossible to enter your password to get back into your phone. It hogs so many resources on my Note 4, even when sleeping, the phone cannot function properly or well enough to take input such as a password to unlock it. To be clear it doesn't even have to be your primary application open for it to happen. I normally have to restart my phone to get back into it if it goes to sleep while this application is in the background. Fix the resource hog issue, and fix the using of a large part of the phone's processor and ram when in sleep mode and I will upgrade this review to 5 stars. Thanks!

1 ★This app is a lemon. It appears to be a knock off of Super Live Plus (50,000+ Downloads) or vice versa, but only works on Android 4.4.2 and higher (per the Developer.) When trying to install on Android versions earlier than this, you get "Error Code 103" and "Package File Not Signed Correctly" error messages. It is really an embarrassment to Sibell, which has an excellent product line. It is easy to see why it only has a few hundred downloads. It doesn't even work as well as Super Live Plus, which I had no problem downloading. After spending 6 hours working on solutions to the error codes, I emailed the Developer who emailed me back (quickly) recommending that I upgrade my Android (which for me meant buying a new phone) because "Advanced" apps like this didn't work on earlier versions. There's nothing advanced about the app. It's an ordinary CCTV camera app., that is extraordinarily difficult and a waste of time.
