1 ★Everytime I enter the disc to redeem my 4k movie rewards I always have problems. The automatic code reads zero's as the letter "O" and whenever I try to input manually. It bugs out and turns my code into a 3digit input. Instead of letting my input 4digit code.
1 ★It won't let me register movies. If I try to type in a code it either only shows up as the first number/letter I typed. It doesn't scan codes correctly. It messes up c's and g's same with 0, and o's. I can't even manually correct it with out it erasing everything then it does the thing I mentioned in the first part. It is super annoying.
2 ★Got me to sign up, sign in and they dont even support ultraviolet or digital copies anymore. So they get all my personal info as I was forced to sign in to try to redeem a dvd digital copy and got nothing for my time and personal information which i explicitly DO NOT GIVE MY PERMISSION TO SELL, TRADE OR GIVE-AWAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, MY PERSONAL INFORMATION! Except where necessary to use Sony Products insofar as watching a DVD or pther online media. But I never was given THAT option.
5 ★Awesome in Theory but the App tends to not work accordingly by saying that there's an error a lot. The passes haven't worked even though I've done. But to be thruthfilly honest with having a Sony or Playstation card the rewards are worth it by far
1 ★How is it that I add the ps5 iny cart, get all the way to complete order and it kicks me out back to my cart. Now the ps5 is not available. If someone adds something to their cart how is it unavailable hu the time they pay. It's not right at all
4 ★Seems like a good app bit it was down for a long time and I was unable to claim alot of my points for stuff I bought in the past.
1 ★App sucks can't even get credit for anything I already have bought. Can't even find my ps4 model number and tells me to purchase stuff I already have. Will uninstall can't even get credits for games and everything I bought I have ps4 vr to. And nothing what a bunch of bull can't even get credit for having ps4+ for 3 months u suck.
3 ★It would be better if it had a better option to search music in the rewards catalog like a filter for genre. Also better and frequent updates to order status. I ordered an album over 3 weeks ago and still havent recieved it or any status updates about my order.
5 ★Well first of all I love sony products and this app is great you spend money using your credit cards or in the playstation store and get some thing in return. Definitely a 5 star actually no more than that but Google won't let me rate it higher.
4 ★It seems easy enough to navigate within the app and intuitive enough to use. Could give more options for earning pts.
1 ★Trash app , I can't believe Sony believes this rewards you for buying their products . I'm even a Playstation card holder , lol. Bought a PS5 and submitted my receipt to get rewarded and they say they can't . I've had Sony products all my life from the Walkman to stereos , tvs , playstations 1-5 ... (bought the Playstation 3 - 4 different times and the PS4 to Pro 2 times for me and daughters . I'm just confused and let down why you wouldn't reward a long long long time customer ?
1 ★I'm pretty unhappy with Sony Rewards. I'm unable to register my PS5 or my PS4 because it says the model numbers don't exist, and nobody from Sony or PlayStation will respond to my questions. Terrible customer service. I've been a PS supporter since 1994.
