2 ★keeps on getting disconnected. I have to choose a blank category just to edit a work order
1 ★The remote support doesn't work. Connects but can't see the users screen. Samsung Galaxy s4.
2 ★Keeps disconnecting me and never remembers my username and password, it always defaults back to default user name "mobile". Very annoying.

3 ★I gave the app two stars because the push notification works great. I will gladly increase this app's rating once a few issues are addressed. I receive a connection error almost every time I open the app. Once I click OK, the app functions properly. There's no way to add or view actions on a SR and a lot of key fields are missing from the GUI.
