2 ★The app is not bad but there delivery service is bad. You have to go to there place to pick the stuff because they don't want to come to deliver you the product. 2 time this happened that we were waiting for stuff and then they said dilevery failed because reciver was not available while I was waiting for them in front of my door for hole day.
3 ★Whole the app does mostly work, it's lacking some of the information provided online via the web app and also won't show any more details after entering the destination postal code of a shipment, instead just closing the modal with no change. Stick to the web app where possible, the app isn't worth it.
1 ★I ordered Wednesday it is now Saturday and now it says that my tracking number does not exist. Package was supposed to arrive Thursday. Missed delivery it says. 6 Purolator trucks went by our house and not one delivered what I ordered. Your chatbot says I have to wait till monday for 1 PACKAGE. WORST. COMPANY. EVER. Could not get a hold on anyone on phone. Was on hold for almost 2 hours Friday morning so I hung up. Why did you even make this app? Do you all just like negative reviews?
1 ★So I was expecting a delivery today. But today I had to work so the app told me as of about 213pm today my package was scanned and delivered to a pickup place. So I went there and it wasn't at the location the app tells me where it was dropped off. I think this needs to be changed. If it not where it was supposed to be don't notify people where there package isn't unless its a where its actually there. I wait for over 45 mins to find out it was dropped off somewhere else.
1 ★The app is pretty useless if you're trying to provide the entry code or correct the address for delivery. Purolator's service sucks. No one answers the phone to the costumer service line and there's no way to connect with anyone.

1 ★After almost 3 weeks of waiting, I cannot believe I just got an email: "Your shipment could not be delivered because it is heavyweight and requires assistance by the receiver." It is 66 .lbs! Purolator is a courier company, right?? I was directed to contact them and was cut off at every turn. Nothing but trouble from this company. App is neither here nor there for help either. Should rename themselves "PuroNever"!

1 ★Third track and STILL a pain in the arse.. Packing label created.. No details during shipping process then all is a sudden BAM! Package arrived while we're not home! Come on Purolator.. You can do better.. Or get out of the game!
1 ★This is one of the worse applications. I scheduled a pickup and my time slot kept changing every 3 hours and a week has gone by and no ever showed up. This app is garbage. Service is extremely bad and this is not first experience with Puralaor. No more not so pure Purolator.
1 ★This app is pointless. I don't get a delivery date until the day of delivery. I then miss the delivery because I'm at work and haven't yet checked the tracking status that day. It then gets shipped to a depot 40 kms away and I have to sit on hold for an hour because there is no way to reschedule the delivery other than to call in.
1 ★Horrible customer service experience I have ever had. Called 3 times to find out where my package was cause the app said it was in transit then i get an email stating it was delayed. So I called again and get told we dont know where it is but it might be back at the warehouse. I will never use this company again after they find my packages and I have them in my hands.
