3 ★Works ok, but it never notifies me of updates.

1 ★epost mailbox folder when logged in not showing most of the time....fingerprint log in shows "not signed in" often, while other apps with similar or the same sign-in-option works perfectly well.

5 ★I love this app so much it's the best

2 ★This app gives you different information than the more helpful online tracking site. For example, the app will say my item was processed for a second time in my receiving city but when I deleted the app and went back to your website it said it was out for delivery. The app also lacks lots of the helpful links for delivery estimates ect. It also took several attempts to accept my shipping #, I found a few confusing problems however I'm sure they're not difficult fixes. This is my first app review

4 ★This app works best at just tracking items with a tracking number. Recognizes legit numbers in your clipboard. Decent details where available. Knocked a mark off for the inability to archive (hide) completed items, you can only delete them to make them go away, which is not ideal. I'd also like to be able to sort items with undelivered at the top, or ones that have been delayed, and be able to archive old ones. Hopefully the developer will add features.

4 ★Sleek, intuitive UI. Very simple and effective. I use this exclusively for Parcel Tracking and have not had any significant issues with that particular aspect of the app. Notifications do tend to go out late though, meaning you will most likely have to rely on refreshing the tracking info if you want up-to-date information about your order.

1 ★For months now this app or Canada Post themselves have been lacking in updating the tracking. It stays at the location it was excepted at for days without movement, or when shipping from my side the same thing. I recently sent an Xpress post item to eastern Ontario and they got it in 3 days, the same person was sending me a parcel the same way only with a business account and 6 days later still no package, the app says it's still in Ontario. I'm not the only one experiencing this.

3 ★trying to register for flex delivery so i can choose a location to have my packages delivered. get thru every step until i got to the part of adding an address. when i click on that to add my address, a screen pops up saying to enter address as written on your gov-issued ID and does not allow to enter anything. even my querty wont show up to attempt to type.
