A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★The app needs a lot of work for sure, but the whole experience is better than competitors like redfin and zillow etc. As an potential home buyer, Opendoor offers much more coaching and consulting tools. If you don't work with a pro, Opendoor is the cheapest and easiest option out there. Give them a try!
1 ★ID verification doesnt not work without calling.
1 ★I started out downloading this app, and as a realtor I had to sign up with my MLS ID and such. When I got to the end, the app told me I would have to call in to "verify" my information. Whatever, after calling the number I was told that I would be on hold for 27 minutes. I figured I would do the callback option since I didn't want to wait that long, but little did I know it would be 2 Hours and they called while I was at a client dinner. They then text me to call the number back that I tried 1st
3 ★Only 8 cities are listed, but on the website it has way more cities
1 ★The app constantly keeps crashing, I am using Samsung S10 but no issues with iPhone. Will edit review once issue is resolved. I have already reported and submitted the details to the email mentioned and they are looking into it since Friday.
1 ★I am an agent and everytime I call into your support number they say I am registered as an agent. But when I use the app it constantly sees me as a buyer and tells me to contact my agent. As far as I'm concerned it's a worthless application.
4 ★Its not too bad. Marks house around you that you can go to and open with a touch of a button. When you are done you just close the front door and you are done. Easy to use and quick to unlock houses. The bad side is that it will only show houses in your area,(cities the app supports) i wish it was worldwide. There were some houses i found with an opendoor sign but it wasn't on the app, wish they were faster to add/remove them or at least show that its sold on the map till they remove the sign.
4 ★Updating review. I don't like the appointment system, but everything else worked all right.
5 ★Worked great for me. Was checking out a house for sale in my neighborhood by OpenDoor and looking for anything else they had locally. Tried out the app and it worked perfectly as expected. Glad to see technology like this upsetting the old-school real estate business model. (It was telling to me during my house searching when I found several real estate agents locally were blacklisting showing their clients OpenDoor listings). For the people behind this, good job investing in the future. For the folks using this app, I'd say you are definitely getting ahead of the game.
3 ★Used to have no problem with this app, then today, we tried to look at a house we were interested in, and the app kept hanging up on my id. Couldn't verify my driver license after several tries. It's a valid TX license, not expired. Kept telling me to call, but I can't hear well on the phone. So because the app wouldn't let me look at the house, too bad. Not going to try again because who needs this frustration.
1 ★The opendoor app used to display home information when you unlock, but now you need to jump through hoops to find out about the home. The bigger issue, however, is that the app now forces location data to always be available through underhanded means. I only gave you location data while using the app for a reason. If you have security reasons for needing it otherwise, make that clear, rather than forcing me to force close the app when it's been over an hour since I left the last home.
1 ★Several houses are in the MLS listings but not on the app so you have to call to view those and some you can't see without a realtor anyway. Houses inside gated communities require a realtor to be viewed even though they say to call for the gate code. The color coding for new, viewed, and toured homes was so nice! Bring that back! Sale tactics are also quite strong-arming in that even if you offer list price they'll counter with more. Great concept but downhill execution.
