Our MyBlue App is a simple and secure way for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts members to manage their health care.Our app is the most convenient way to stay informed about your plan when you need it. It connects you securely to your health plan information when you need it. With a simple tap, you can connect to your claims history, recent prescriptions, and financial accounts balances.
To use the app, you must register using your member ID that is located on your member ID card.

• Medication information and refill dates

1 ★COMPLETELY USELESS APP! Can't even log in over the past YEAR. tried multiple times. Just says they are experiencing technical difficulties...EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! Just use go to their website using a browser and you will save at LEAST half a dozen grey hairs, live six months older due to less stress and be supporting/feeding their web developers and families and NOT their useless mobile team. 😢 UNINSTALLED!

1 ★This app is horrible. Consistently underperforming at best. Unacceptably slow transition from screen to screen. Login credential retention is hit or miss on a good day and this includes finger print mode. Face recognition is a joke. My 10 year old daughter could develop a more effective app. Developers...you should be ashamed of yourselves. Do your job.
1 ★For some reason, registration is separate from the web site. Unfortunately, registration and connecting your web account doesn't work. "The information you entered doesn't match our records" is all you're going to run into. Then your account gets locked and you have to wait 24 hours before trying again. No doctor is on your list, so you find a doctor but there's no way to add her to your list, so what's the point? I verified my phone number several times and it still says it's not verified. Plan details only shows copays, no benefits.
1 ★does not work in any capacity. if uninstalling and reinstalling a few times gets you beyond the starting screen good luck because more things break from there. also, if you log out and try to get back in, jokes on you not going to work. your development team has quite the plethora of bug fixes ahead of them to make this app work. do not install.
1 ★This is the worst app I have ever used. Blue Cross stop changing the format and just make it WORK! They constantly keep changing the format of the app.feels like every time they change the format you have to change your password. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I need to keep using it to find a doctor. You would think with the company that makes billions of dollars a year they could come over to halfway decent app.
1 ★This app is totally worthless. The search features are extremely inaccurate. I searched for Peace Health within 25 miles from my home (Oregon) & the results I got were in South Carolina. The medication lookup tool doesn't work properly either. It's like it doesn't pay attention to the information that you enter. The app in general is very dysfunctional & seems like it's disconnected. I'm exremely disappointed because this would've been a great tool & resource to have on my phone.
3 ★Thanks for fixing the login issue. I can now login. My RXs are missing. Last week I got my 3 RXs filled, so they should be there. I guess I haven't used my Doctors yet so that is why they are not listed. I did find them in the Dr list, but adding them to my account isn't an option. I guess they will be added when I visit them next year they will show in my profile. I'll rerate this app when it is clear it does what it says.
1 ★Worst app I've downloaded to date. First thing you see when you open it is a happy ocean scene but ~30% of the time I am very unhappily unable to get the login portal to load. Once logged in, the app repeatedly rejected my verification credentials, which I validated over the phone with customer service. I've now had a help ticket to IT out for ~1 wk with no response, and when I've tried to log in in the meantime, the app times out while trying to load my account. Pretty disappointed in BCBS.
1 ★The app runs terribly. Please redesign. Load times are miserable. Scrolling stops working from time to time. When I opened up a search bar, I typed four letters and my key board closed to show me a loading screen for the auto complete results. I think it's timed, so people who are slow typers are sure to have a miserable time navigating that.
1 ★Downloaded app, went to open app and got the message "Setup was interputed, please try again." Click the "retry" button and nothing happens. Just flashes and show same thing. Will not be dowbloading again. Only tried it out because loggin in on the site is broken at the moment as well. Tried from PC and mobile phone.
