1 ★So in 2019 the app wasn't working and I left a poor review. I haven't had much cause for heating until now when it's getting colder in UK. What joy another new firmware update. Guess what? everything not working properly again! Doesn't remember log in. I set schedule and it doesn't like it. Keeps saying Manual override and also try again later. Who makes this app? Thanks again for making my not so smart heating system even worse.

2 ★Would be great if it worked, stopped allowing me to log in, saying invalid user name or password, however the reset password doesn't work either..

1 ★DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT IF YOU WANT TO USE ANY HOME AI SUCH AS ALEXA. Salus have no plans to future proof their tech and make it compatible with popular AI software or hardware. If you want a stand alone heating control it's ok but better ones are on the market.

1 ★It doesn't work anymore. After login you cannot see the options anymore. Used to work in the past. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!

1 ★Very disappointed. The device is connected but no further option other then delete or edit. Tried deleting and connecting again but same result.

1 ★The app worked for a few months in the beginning of the year and then quit functioning. Can't get past the device confirmation screen. Can't control my heating and as a consequence my energy bill is astronomical this quarter. I am going to make a formal complaint to an ombudsman since the company doesn't seemed bothered fixing the issue.

1 ★this app really needs a mod to allow just one HW time/schedule, not 3. You cannot even merge times ie in and off at the same time. It also needs to feedback better data of when the boiler actually burns. pretty poor really... update: this app is a real pain, it frequently can't connect to the system!

2 ★App is sometimes not updating - sometimes you switch the heating off and realise that the app has not sent the command to the server and the heating is still on. No reports, cumbersome interface. A smart device with a not so smart app. Too bad i paied so much for the device.
