How to install RT310i APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★It's not working!!!! My builder installed this device to my boiler said I can download the app to manage the boiler's on/off time, temp...etc. So I downloaded the app and added the device into the app, BUT it's simply just NOT WORKING!!! The device cannot be activated, i.e. to show the green dot on the top right cornor, it's completly useless and wasting my time and money!!!
1 ★No stars. Awful. App is obligatory to schedule heating and isn't responsive. And frequently drains my phone battery. This so called smart thermostat was recommended and installed recently by a gas engineer on a new system. Can't wait to get this app off my phone when I have this thermostat replaced with a different brand.
1 ★I had a new boiler installed at the end of the summer. It now the 2nd of November and the app has completely stopped working. I have had a few instances where it would not register me turning the boiler on via this app. Now nothing will work. Not a happy customer.
3 ★So far so good, but took ages to work out how to get the thermostat to pair with the receiver. Would be very handy if the app allowed you to swipe between thermostats rather than having to keep going into the menu.

1 ★Refresh rate with server is too bad, sometime takes 10 to 15 sec for displaying actually temperature. The app usually takes a few tries before schedule actually changes. Very very bad app. Developers, do something with this app please! Omg, with latest update, every time I open app I need to log in. Very BAD app
5 ★The app is missing some line graphs to show how the temperature is stable in the room and a widget that will show room temperature straight on the screen without launching the app. Version 2.1.0.129 works fine. Firmware of the device was updated successfully. No other issues.
1 ★It is very buggy, switching between manual and schedule is a pain, as you are never able to do it in one click, you have to switch between them several times in order to activate them.
1 ★The same as every other 1 star review. I've experienced every problem there is. Every update, no bugs fixed. I wish I'd read these reviews before committing and not gone for the cheap(er) option. Please, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES.
2 ★The app doesn't work very well. Generally delivering more heat than desired. After a couple of weeks it stopped logging in entirely. Have to keep reinstalling. Very poor.
