4 ★Ignore the rating, everyone complaining just doesn't understand how to use it. the point is to tell you if you leave something behind. not to track something down. if you leave you keys behind, it disconnects, and alerts you. battery is extended by nkt having the misguided features these people didn't want to pay for in bulkier products

1 ★waste of money. bought these and downloaded the app. the store refuses to refund me as I have opened them. and the app force closes soon as I open the app. so now I have wares $60 on 2 of these and cant use them, because your app wont work on a Samsung galaxy s9+ the packet did not say it wouldn't work on a new model galaxy however only after buying it did I find this app and the description showing a very small list of devices. running android pie (9.0) runs on friends s9 plus

5 ★The app works as described and I have not had any issues with it. I like how it shoes the map and where the tracker is. Although the app could use an update for it to look more modern, it works great

5 ★The new version of the app has been great! Fixed all the issues that other users had. Reconnects no problem. Great app and so easy to use.

2 ★Very basic format to the app. Map only shows a circle over my house, doesn't really locate the device, then you narrow in by the strength of the signal from the tracker. Doesn't update very quickly, not very responsive. Froze twice after loading the tracker. No refresh button so I had to remove the app and re install. This won't work if you can't find the tracker. I will be returning it.

1 ★Doesn't really work. It's probably the device and not the app but either way there are bugs and issues. They should have done more robust testing before releasing for production.

5 ★Easy install and it's less expensive than the others. So far so good. I like it!

1 ★Uttery worthless if app, bluetooth, and phone must all remain both on andin range of tag at all times. If any of the conditions are not met, apploses tag until button on tag is pressed to reconnect them. Utterlyworthless for tracking anything.
