1 ★Terrible. Doesnt work. You won't be able to preorder food because of error msgs. Deleted and reinstalled. Phone is updated. This app is useless. Oh and also the wait times for rides only appeared once, after that the wait times froze also.
1 ★Can't order food because stupid app won't let me complete my order. There are very little time slots and they go out fast how is one suppose to get food if we can only order through an app that doesn't work. To be paying so much for a membership and can't even use the benefits is not worth it.
2 ★Having to leave the app to go online to make a parking reservation or do other things related to your account is crazy, everything should be in one place, why even have an app if you can't make reservations through it, it just opens a web page in the app, how cheap. Your park maps are outdated by maybe 10 years, time for a major update, its surprising six flags is lacking so behind, but seeing the park maintenance, I guess it's obvious they wouldn't have a proper reservation or app set-up...
4 ★Got to use this app today while I was at the park! I was able to easily navigate to where I wanted to go using the map! Would be better if it didn't exit me out of the app completely when I was just trying to go back one step, looking for something.
3 ★Rides times don't work. It would be nice to see the reservations you've made. Map works decently, it's nice to see walking directions. It would also be nice if the app worked for Diamond Elite, who get to skip 2 lines, rather than having to wait in line at the Flash Pass building for coupons. Kind of defeats the purpose of skipping lines if you have to go wait in line.
1 ★Ride wait times are bogus. Purchase options are more advertising with no way to actually purchase without waiting in a line at the park. The apps purpose to help you navigate the park is not easy and provides incorrect or inaccurate information.
1 ★Your customer service sucks. I purchased a season pass and am trying to find out what days I can bring a friend on my pass. All I have been giving is the run around.nobody can give me a straight answer. Your park has really gone downhill. I will never buy a season pass again. You really need improvements on your customer service. Not happy at all.
2 ★App needs improvements. Dining tab has option to view menus but when I click the menu it just shows a few icons. (No menu, no pricing). I made park reservations but they don't link to the "my six flags" feature. Wait times not available unless your in the park. It would be nice to gauge wait times prior to a visit to see what trends are. Perhaps the app is more useful in park but utterly useless for planning a trip.
1 ★Diamond Elite members cannot make parking reservations on the app. Furthermore, the membership website has experienced technical difficulties for the last three days. It was a miracle that I was able to register my membership. Moving on, the membership website continuously asks me to update my contact information. The app doesn't allow you to sign out. What does "Diamond Elite" really mean? InCircle members at Nieman Marcus are given the tools they need to thrive in their technological apparatus
1 ★Can't add my season passes to the app to use for meal order and such. Visited guest services at the park and the couldn't do it either. Also there is no link to request assistance with the in the app. Currently all the app is good for is taking up memory from my phone. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling and still it's a no go. I would probably give the app 4 or 5 stars if I could actually use it for it's intended purposes.
1 ★Great idea, horrible app! App is far from user friendly, might as well just use your browser (although that is just as complicated) -- reservations and tickets do not show or give any explanation on the process. You'd think after a year of being shut down for Covid they would have focused on getting ready for this. Highly recommend NOT getting the app and sticking to your browser. Hopefully updates will be made soon to help their customers.
1 ★The app glitches so plan ahead. U need to register your membership in the app to use the benefits but the app failed. I wasn't able to use all benefits that day, like the the discount for a friend which is one if the main reasons I bought the Platinum Membership. I was able to get free parking and use the discounts for food/shops. Disappointing.
