1 ★I can never use the app successfully. After clicking look this ride it went back to the former screen and it really delays my travel time. Tried uninstall and reinstall, Wrote to customer service and got no useful responses. Very disappointed
3 ★I used to buy a weekly pass for £39 and now they just double the price. I understand you guys cover a bigger area but you guys should do a price by zone. £80 to travel zone 1 and 2 which is my zone sharing is a lot and let me be honest with ridiculous
3 ★Idea is great, so is the way of attracting customers for rewarding credits for referrals. However, execution is not thay great: a) pick up points are sometimes the ones where drivers actually cannot stop, which creates confusion, cancellations etc b) drivers can berude, service can be very upsetting... compared to all other services used

1 ★not only is the app unable to find me a driver... its already charged. what kind of service charges you before adhering to your needs? uninstalling and warning friends, you should do the same. waste of money
1 ★multiple charges for rides I never had . and unable to send my query through the request help tab in the app. currently charged 4 times for 2 rides . please contact me if your support team reads these to explain / assist in a refund
4 ★Great idea and reasonably priced. Routes can be long when picking up another passenger and estimated arrival time can change a lot as it doesn't take into account traffic at the exact time.
1 ★its a scam... the whole "free £20 credit" is all FALSE. They deducted only £4 from my ride which costed £21... and you have to use thr credit that way - can't use it all at once... when uber first started out, you could use that... other than that, unlike uber, with this app we had to go walk to where the app decided was a more convenient place for us to wait... which is fair enough, but i feel mislead and lied to about the whole "first ride free".. definitly will not be using this again.
3 ★The app is buggy, and the drivers cancel without warning or penalty, yet customers are charged £5 if they try to cancel. They are also continually lowering the amount of credit you are allowed to use during a ride.
2 ★Drivers booking and cancelling. Not being able to use my credit and all services currently cancelled. Also pick ups are not at requested locations which doesn't help if you have a lot of groceries that need to be transported home.
3 ★Great idea but needs some work. ETAs are super inaccurate and very often is hard to find a car. Hope it improves cause I like it and use it a lot.
1 ★App tells you driver cancels on you, then 10mins later receive call from Viavan driver telling me they are waiting at pickup point. Same happened with friends using app on other occasions. Useless. To add insult to injury charged the next day for the trip that never occurred!
