5 ★Well i haven't tried this app before but I've seen it in loads f ads well I think it will behave the way we control Here's my predation I think it will or maybe not work because I'm not good at understanding a lot of adults and business things 😉😉 Bye for now

3 ★This is new version of the app. I only ever use the service in Paris when I'm there on holidays to book large cars able to accommodate the entire family and a lot of luggage. First, the app forces you to use an upper case in your password... annoying and caused me to forget the password I created last year. I was almost expecting to be forced to use a special character as well... I am not sure why the app bugged twice before accepting my booking to be picked up from Gare de Lyon, but the app deducted € 38.00 from my credit card thrice... Annoying as well, but it might be due to a very spotty Internet connection from inside the train. It's quite difficult to find the way to cancel a booking, but managed, after the unmanned help desk sent me a canned email suggesting a link to their FAQ. When we arrived at the station (the train was early), all the app could say was : "looking for an available driver" but the fare had been charged to the credit card immediately...
1 ★Booked a taxi 2 days in advance. Was due to take the cab at 0620. Got up at 5 to find a message sent at 1.30 am cancelling due to 'temporary unavailability'. No replacement, no other alternatives, just dumped without service on a Sunday morning. Missed a whole day of connections and had to rush around like a maniac trying to find hugely expensive alternatives. Do not use this app or service under any circumstances. Completely untrustworthy and will let you down without notice or warning.
4 ★Great app, brilliant, we booked so many cabs in advance. Word of warning, found it difficult when trying to book at short notice. However overall good and very useful.

2 ★It is unacceptable to not have any clear way to delete a registered credit card or to book a trip without permanently registering a credit card. How to be sure such info is even kept locally and not on an open internet accessible unpatched unencrypted unsecured database?

4 ★Love the app. Smooth ui, functional, but for the fifth star I think English translation is required so that even foreigners can use it. Very good job
