5 ★Better then O'Reilly and autozone business apps
2 ★This app worked great with my galaxy note 3. Since upgrading to the galaxy note 4, it doesn't work. As another reviewer stated, the camera just keeps trying to focus. I have, in turn, had to start using the O'Reilly First Call vin scanner app. It works flawlessly, although I wish it gave you as much vehicle information as this Napa scanner. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no luck.
1 ★Used this app daily as a service writer with my galaxy s3, never had an issue. Since I switched to the Motorola Droid Turbo I have not had any success scanning a VIN, the camera just keeps trying to focus. I emailed tech support and their response was 'try uninstalling it' did that still no luck. This app saved me so much time it I just wish someone would actually try and resolve my problem.
