O e-TCU Mobile oferece acesso às principais funcionalidades do processo eletrônico do TCU e permite visualizar, no dispositivo móvel, as informações mais relevantes de processos e documentos, além de possibilitar executar as principais operações do sistema de gestão processual.Nas telas de Documentos o usuário poderá:
- Navegar por visões e agrupadores de documentos, além de filtrar resultados;
- Visualizar as principais informações disponíveis na TVD – Tela de visualização de documentos, tais como: atributos do documento, assinaturas, histórico;
- Visualizar ou fazer download dos documentos;
- Assinar/encaminhar documentos para assinatura;
- Encaminhar documento para análise interna;
- Encaminhar documento para análise externa;
- Pesquisar documentos.
Nas telas de Processos o usuário poderá:
- Navegar por visões e agrupadores de processos de controle externo e administrativos, além de filtrar resultados;
- Visualizar as principais informações disponíveis na TVP – Tela de visualização de processos, tais como: atributos do processo, peças, histórico, processos apensados;
- Fazer download de peças do processo;
- Navegar nas páginas do processo, utilizando o visualizador de processos;
- Enviar processos para providências externas;
- Enviar processos para providências internas;
- Enviar processos administrativos para ação;
- Pesquisar processos.
