A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★First - the content and presentation of it are both excellent. For all intents and purposes I listen to the show everyday, and have done so for about 15 years. When I listen on this app, the audio stops after 5-20 minutes of listening whether I have downloaded the content or stream it. Seems to happen when screen is off (doing yard work). This never happens when I listen via MP3 download (google music) or iHeartRadio. Wish I could listen on the native app to support el rushbo... maybe next year.
2 ★Rush constantly talks about his latest and greatest app, yet it's always for Apple. Meanwhile the Android version constantly crashes. I used it in my 2015 mustang and it actually shut down the entire display system in the car. I had to go to a Ford dealership to have it reset. I couldn't even turn the air conditioning on because of this app. Verified by Ford that this was the issue. Two stars because I can at least download the latest content. I just have to play it through another media steamer
2 ★This app is a massive disappointment. I've been a dittohead for almost 30 years, and I love Rush's show. This app, however, is nearly unusable. I'm running Android (8.0). In scrolling through these reviews, it seems that the problems I am having (app crashing during playback, etc) are widespread. I have been in contact with the developers, and the "support" I have been given is equally worthless (clear the cache, uninstall, reinstall). Very disappointing.
1 ★The comments of Rush are very good, but the broadcasting is HORRIBLE. I have an android phone, it's practically impossible to listen for more than 10 minutes (no kidding) that my reception becomes totally silent. I requested MANY TIMES for support. They are helpless. My suggestion: As you are incompetent to solve the problem, just COPY from the ones that know how to broadcast properly. For example, Mark Levin , Dan Bongino, and a few others with a spotless broadcasting
1 ★Like most, I love Rush and will always listen. Having said that, the Android 24/7 app is horrendous. I mainly use it to listen to episodes that I missed. The broadcast will restart from the beginning the minute I leave a WiFi coverage; It will stop playing if the screen turns off; it will not hold it's place if I stop/pause it even for a short period of time; and, sometimes just stops and restarts without any explanation. I am an Android guy and always will be. I also pay for this service. When I contacted support, I got the canned answers of clearing cache, reinstalling, etc. When that did not work, I got "There is a known issue that we are working on." Well, that was quite a while ago. Come on guys, please take care of this!
1 ★I love Rush but this app is a POS! Consistently drops out and when you do come back it doesn't remember where you left off. I'm running it on a Galaxy S8+ with updated Android. I reached out to tech support half a dozen times with no solution and the last couple times no response at all. I appreciate Rush and his love of Apple but some of us prefer Android and you need to get a stable platform. Don't plan on renewing my subscription for a crappy, unstable app.
3 ★I give 3 stars because I have been a rush listener since 1988, but this app constantly stops while I am listening, and I have to restart the audio sometimes losing the spot I was at. Very big turn off for me. I just started with the free trial, but if it continues to do this, i will very likely not continue with the subscription, unless I can find a way for it to be less annoying and more stable.
1 ★Slow, unresponsive, crashes frequently. App won't remember login. Love Rush, but the Android app is drastically below his standard. Tech support has been useless. This app has a good look, but navigation is slow, it forgets login, then takes you back to the home page after login, instead of leaving me where I needed to be. I only endure this because I cant listen to Rush live. I would just use the website, but my commute is pretty rural and I can't stream. Please send some android love!
3 ★Great content, terrible app. This app doesn't seem to be supported for Android. They only car about the iOS version. It continuously crashes and restarts podcasts. It's hard to use while I'm in the car because it will crash at some point and I have to look at my phone to reopen it. I love the content, but the app needs some love.
3 ★I saw in other reviews that since this app has been updated, that many people (me included) can no longer get Rush's recordings to play. I found a temporary end-run: go to the bottom of the home page, click on "podcasts", then click on which day you want to listen to, then press "play all" at top of page. This will allow you to listen to recorded content
1 ★Android users beware! I love the content here but if your device is not Apple you may as well just move along and save yourself the frustration and some money. This app constantly crashes and must be restarted several times over the course of an hour of the show. This is especially frustrating while driving or working. I'm embarrassed for Rush, I expected better.
2 ★Freezes, stops, frequent problems. I've used this app for about a year (Feb 2018-Mar 2019) on the same Android 8 phone. The first 10 months were okay. Not perfect but tolerable. The last 3 months have seen much more frequent problems with downloading content and playing without the app shutting off. Seems to be getting worse. Now it's not just shutting down, it won't let me even download the podcasts. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and written Rush's tech support. Will update if I hear back
