e-Devlet Kapısı Engelsiz İletişim Merkezi, İşitme engelli vatandaşların e-Devlet hizmetleri konusunda İletişim Merkezinden görüntülü destek almasını sağlayan uygulamadır.Uygulama ile İşitme engelli vatandaşların e-Devlet Kapısı ile ilgili istek ve önerilerini doğrudan Vatandaş Temsilcilerine ileterek iletişim kaynaklı yanlış anlaşılmaların ve zaman kaybının önlenmesi, bu sayede işitme engelli vatandaşların yaşam kalitelerinin artırılması amaçlanmaktadır.
Vatandaş temsilcilerimiz hafta içi 08:00-18:00 saatleri arasında (resmi tatiller hariç) sizlere hizmet vermektedir.
Uygulama nasıl kullanılır?
· Uygulama açılarak zorunlu alanlar (*) doldurulur.
· Görüntülü görüşme için kamera butonuna, yazılı görüşme için chat butonuna basılır.
· Yazılı görüşme yapılırken kamera butonuna basılarak görüntülü görüşmeye geçilir.
· Görüntülü görüşmeyi sonlandırmak veya görüntülü yazılı görüşmeye geçmek için kapatma butonuna basılır.
· Mikrofon butonuna basılarak ortam sesi açılıp kapatılabilir.
· Uygulamadan tamamen çıkmak için çıkış butonuna basılır.
