In your brain, you have a 24-hour circadian clock that regulates nearly all of your biological functions. Jet lag is caused when your sleep/wake and light/dark cycle shift too quickly for your circadian clock to keep up. The only way to reduce jet lag quickly is by shifting your circadian clock to the new time zone.

How to install Timeshifter Jet Lag APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Timeshifter Jet Lag APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

5 ★I didn't really expect this to work, but it worked beautifully on the several trips I have tried it with. I have told a number of friends about this - one just tried it on a trip to Africa and said it worked for her too. Amazing! Plus, Tony was VERY responsive on chat when I needed some help. Great app.
4 ★The advice was spot on. Went from Sydney to US West coast and back again in the space of a week with NO JET LAG. While my work colleagues were over sleeping their alarms and flaking by mid afternoon at our work conference I was sharp. I was raving to anyone that would listen to download this. There are no reminders so you have to actively open the app to find out what you should be doing, some prompts would be handy. Thank you for this great app.
4 ★This has helped in a lot of different time zones, especially from the us to asia. It is quite difficult to follow when adjusting such a large difference, but if followed it has been extremely helpful. The sunlight you need is definitely not given when following just what the plane ride tells you to get. The app is at times glitchy but I imagine it will improve with more users. I like the UI visualization, would also love to keep a backlog of previous flights if possible to see how I did.
4 ★Used it for a few trips now, and I whilst I do not follow the timelines religiously, I do try and keep to them as much as I can - I think I have noticed a difference in my 'return' to normal sleep patterns both on arriving to destination and back home, and I have found myself mentioning the app to colleagues who also travel prior to this review being written, so I think it is onto something. Give it a go - I think if you are frequent traveller you won't regret it.
5 ★Far superior to other similar apps, because it takes into account your flights, and for example doesn't tell you to sleep during the time you need to check-in, board etc. Also suggests naps to stretch long days. If course every person and every trip are different, and there are no guarantees. My clock was about 3 hrs off on this trip to Australia, despite my best efforts
5 ★recently traveled from Colorado to Vietnam and used timeshifter both ways. It was simple to follow and easy to understand. I especially loved that I could look at the real time instructions and it mapped out when to sleep etc on the many flights and layovers. On the way I experienced little to no jet lag. A little more on the way home but I didn't follow it as much...plus I was run down from the trip in general. Highly recommend. Using the app made for one less thing to figure out and worry about!
2 ★it was good to understand how my body will change and when to avoid and drink caffeine. but the suggestions are not realistic as it wanted me to sleep until a soecified time each day leading up to my trip. my problem is i worked. as much as id like to sleep until 9 or 10am i don't think my boss would have been too appreciative. however, it did help me decide when to sleep on the plane to and from
5 ★It really worked... Ive traveled to Asia and Europe a number of times and have always had to set aside some time to recover from jet lag. I tried this app on my last trip to Asia from the US and it really worked! Following it is really not that hard either. Will definitely be paying for this next trip.
5 ★It works! I am usually terribly affected by jetlag when travelling and spend 1-3 days in a fog. I downloaded the Timeshifter app ahead of a one week cross-hemisphere work trip, each leg a 15 hour flight and 18 hour time difference. I hit the ground running on arrival, slept solidly each night, did not once fall dramatically asleep in my lunch, and slotted straight back into a normal routine when I arrived home. The slight adjustments to routine ahead of travel does take some planning and commitment, but none are onerous and I think very well worth it for the positive travel experience! I intend to use for all future travel.
5 ★I used this app to prepare for flights from Chicago to Hong Kong then Bali. While my coworkers thought I was having eye problems (sunglasses inside), I had very little problem adjusting. We have been getting up somewhat earlier than usual and to bed earlier, but that's good. I hope it help as much on the way home!
5 ★Incredible app. I used it for a trip between Amsterdam and California - a 9 hour time difference - and by following the plan at about 75% (I physically couldn't keep my eyes open at 8pm the first evening in the US, much less 11pm as my plan suggested) my jetlag was insignificant for the first time ever. I will definitely be using Timeshifter again for my next long haul trip!
5 ★I was astonished how well this worked (GMT-7 to GMT+1). I was on Euro time the first day! This trip usually takes me 4-5 very uncomfortable days to recover from. That alone is worth five stars. However, the price is too high. Developer would have happier customers (even more willing to advertise by word of mouth) with a tiered model, say $20 for first year, $10 for second, $5 thereafter. Or simply $9.99/yr for everyone.
