2 ★This app constantly has call quality issues and is very frustrating for 12 of our users. It clips and drops audio often on the outgoing side (the person talking on the app vs the caller using a cell phone). The caller can barely understand what is said. The same 2 people, using the same network as with Accession, can use Google Duo with video and have better quality.
5 ★i love this app, it is so convenient and makes those busy days more manageable by keeping me mobile but reachable. i would love to see the ability to pickup calls put on park and to be able to put callers on park, also using voice over mobile data can be a bit spotty but thats unavoidable. love this app, great job to devs
1 ★I use this app for work on a Samsung S10 phone. This is a pitiful phone app with terrible sound quality over wifi (despite full signal strength), broken transfer functionality, and total lack of support. I have had an unresolved service ticket open for over 3 weeks, and no resolution is in sight. Look elsewhere if you have a choice.
1 ★Not very fond of this app but work makes us use it. Does not always receive calls and then I have to force close and clear cache. Call quality is terrible on wifi, favorite contacts keep getting removed, does not play well with Google voice as it does not show in call status. This app is more of a pain then helpful. Needs some serious work and updates.
2 ★Terrible phone call quality, there is a continuous problem with that. It also is very buggy with "pulling calls" that were finished minutes ago. The only saving grace is the ability to switch the call to my phone, but if I have to constantly do that, the app is more an annoyance than a help.
1 ★I would give this zero stars if possible. This is an absolutely terrible app. I had it installed for less than 24 hours. Matter of fact , I did not even login on the app or set up an account and in the middle of the night I received a security alert that the app was trying to access my camera. I find this to be extremely disturbing and a complete invasion of privacy. Unbelievable. I am disgusted by this company.
5 ★IM syncing issues are resolved. Everything seems to work well, audio quality is good too. It's a SIP client so if you have issues be sure to work with your IT person and HPBX vendor, it's easy to break the app with incorrect network configuration. Only down side is it does chew up the battery a bit but it's not unreasonable considering the app is always doing stuff in the background.
1 ★Very simple basic function. Call history is not separated into incoming and outgoing calls, useless calls cannot be deleted etc. The voice connection is such bad that you have to forward the calls to the cell. The app does not support me in any way
1 ★The idea of this app is fantastic, however, I cannot go more than a couple days without it giving me an error message. At times it won't allow me to update my availability status due to the error. Frustrating but hopefully will improve over time
4 ★It does the job but I can't change the ringtone. I am thankful for an app that will mimic the desk phone at my office while I'm in quarantine at home. My only complaint is that it has its own ringtone that I can't stand. How do I set the maX UC ringtone on an iPhone? I don't see the option.
1 ★If I could give this app a negative 10, I would. You cannot hear anybody. We have done multiple rounds of testing. You can hear fine on your cell phone but once you get in the app, good luck. No luck with any solutions so far. save yourself.
2 ★Not cool. This and iOS apps become unresponsive when device goes to sleep. My people missing calls and using work around to reinstall old versions. Call quality still an issue if using BT headsets, although using app on PC desktop does not experience same degradation. Anecdotally call quality issues mostly impact incoming calls.
