3 ★Overall good. But one major flaw..... I do want to be able to take photos of the properties. But it is not necessary to upload them right away. Uploading them while on mobile data takes a LOT of my data allowance. There needs to be a setting "wait for wifi to upload photos" using this setting, the photos would upload when I get home and my phone connects to my wifi.
4 ★I had a bit of trouble getting a web browser to sign me up, but the app worked better. Coupled with a stellar customer service that was immediately available (James) and my experience went from frustrated to satisfied. Though I haven't used the app yet, it is well laid out and user friendly, and they offer a scheduled demo to familiarize yourself with it. So far, I'm impressed. Look forward to D4D and quitting the Rat Race!
1 ★Great design and tools. The app itself runs super buggy and glitchy. I tag a property, and the app shows to a snail's pace when I try to add notes. When I get back to the map view, the app stops responding. I literally cannot move the map around and have to close the app and restart it. Fix the bugs in your Android version please. *Update: 3/27/20 This app continues to be absolute garbage on Android. FIX THIS APP!!! map glitches after I add property, when I try to add notes it drags so sloooow!
5 ★As a newbie to REI and marketing this app is very user friendly. I know I ask a lot of dumb questions but their customer service is so professional, courteous and timely. I feel like they are virtually holding my hand, wanting me to succeed. Not to mention the overall experience - whether working in the app, contacting the help desk, or viewing recorded interviews or educational pieces - is super fun, positive, and friendly.
2 ★No matter how many times I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app it just keeps closing back down. I have sent an email explaining the problem. I will update my review in a few days if they manage to fix the issue. (UPDATE July 8th) So the app no longer closes down and I was told I could login to my account. I don't know the password that was used when the customer service lady set up my account. I have tried to reset it several times with no luck.
4 ★The problem I've been having is the tracking on the app it freezes up every now and then while I'm driving doesn't always keep up ,and I seem to always have to hit the arrow in the right hand corner to align It back up. And the price for skip tracing is costly i only skip trace after i do research and know it could be a great deal.
2 ★They state data is the most updated available, "pulled daily". Satellite imagery is at least 5 years old in my area. I've contacted support about this numerous times. Also, they strip all the filtering options when searching for properties when you pay the $50 month plan. Even the basics such as lot Square footage, #units, rooms, no anything. You can't do filter searches AT ALL. I had the $100ish plan for a few months and that gave the ability to filter. Also skip trace falls A LOT.
5 ★This app is great for new retail investors! They have a cool interactive map that helps you analyze areas where you would like to search, and keeps track of where you've already looked. It keeps track of your leads and one click of a button will send out mailers for you. I'd recommend this app to anybody looking to get started in real estate investing.
5 ★Works pretty well I think you'll have to talk to them for help and support to figure out some of the features (I wasn't able to figure it out) and the only thing that's really annoying me is that I never got a notification for some of the mailers that were supposed to go out that didn't but when I talked to one their support they helped me and they fixed it along with giving me credit for the inconvenience. Great service!
5 ★Exceptional Resource. It is a huge help to be able to see a real time location map of properties with almost ALL the information you would need as an investor. The mailing service is streamlined, easy to use, and inexpensive. The support team is amazing. Extremely fast response time with solutions that make sense. Plus they are always polite and professional without sounding like robots reading off a script. The service and products they provide are worth so much more than they charge.
5 ★This is a great app that really gives its users a handful of tools to help ensure that whatever the real estate need is at the time, it's able to be met as efficiently as possible. Also the different packages they offer and the free trial are terrific because it gives the option to ease into it rather than be forced to buy things you might not use if you aren't quite established yet.
5 ★I used to do D4D with paper and would go home to type in the addresses for skip trace/mail. This app saves so much time!!! HOURS every week are now free because the app makes it so easy to add the lead, skip trace/mail, and track responses. Updates have improved glitches from the past that caused me issues and I have no complaints now!
