1 ★This app is terrible! I can't believe how bad it is. It actually makes thespeakers sounds horrible. Makes it impossible to connect 2 speakers (doubleUp). The speakers sounds great without using this app. If you have a GalaxyS9+ or any current phone do your self a favor and use your Bluetoothsetting for dual audio. Do not use this app to connect to multiple speakersfor listening to music through speakers unless you want distorted, staticsounding music.
5 ★FIXED??? Try this. Go to Bluetooth settings and turn off Call Audio forboth speakers. It worked for me. Thumbs up this review if it works for youso others can find it. Good luck. I know I was pretty frustrated before toget this far.
1 ★Equalizer is blacked out. Can't adjust any sound settings. Will update this to 5 stars once that's fixed. The only reason I downloaded the app was for the equalizer.
1 ★Very, very happy with the speakers themselves and I can't stress thatenough. But the app is pure garbage, the only reason I have it is to runrequired updates on the speakers. The party up feature doesn't work, Imanually pair them together with the hardware buttons because I've triedcountless times to make it work and only successfully gotten the app toconnect more than one speaker once. It was a miserable experience. Thestereo/double up feature doesn't work either. I have never once been ableto switch to stereo without disconnecting all but one of my speakers orgetting a crash. This app is a joke, but the speakers are phenomenal. Fixthe app, please.
1 ★Nothing works, now the start-up/off sound for my MEGABOOM is ridiculously loud, making my speaker useless for normal everyday listening. Nearly all options in the app are shaded out(unavailable) Broken!
1 ★I purchased these speakers so I can use them for work and this app workedonce and is a waste of time to use. Can anyone tell me how I can use thesespeakers together otherwise I have wasted a couple hundred pounds reallyfrustrated.
1 ★This App is terrible. Try restarting your phone every time you use it, and maybe sacrifice a goat. Then maybe it will sync two speakers successfully.
4 ★Obviously Ultimate Ears knows they screwed up on the last update???? I lostremote power up on mine.... Are you working on these problems???
4 ★A little buggy, but a work in progress.. I have no problem connecting mybooms, I feel most people don't understand a Megaboom is required as a basespeaker to connect more. Alexa has been a hard one to get to work, but I'llkeep working at it. Still the best Bluetooth speaker around.
2 ★Latest firmware update, can't see the charge light, battery stuck at 42% and now remote power requires the app to have location access? Why?
3 ★It's an alright app. It bugged my speaker out after enabling Alexa. Thevolume was locked to half volume and didn't go further till a reset of themegaboom. I'd love to see a widget that displays the UE speakers battery inthe home screen of my phone when connected.
1 ★Only had the speaker a couple of days and it's initial success wasovershadowed today by it not wanting to stay switched on, then deciding to,then not and being a total idiot. Then the app also went crazy and stoppedbeing able to control the volume (which it did perfectly originally)despite several reinstallations. Basically I've got a speaker that can't beturned on at all without alot of messing about (factory reset etc.) and anapp that can't control the sound at all. Totally shocking, I don't know howthey can get what is essentially a good bit of kit, so wrong in itsexecution! It's unusable and will be going back ASAP. Very disappointedwith it. I mean its working and sounding fine now an hour after I firsttried to switch it on!
