Search and book your next trip easily with our renewed shopping experience. Once you complete your booking, your trip will be automatically added to the My Trips section.

4 ★Deben arreglar el app para poder hacer compras de boletos con millas. Siempre falla.

1 ★Barely better than Avianca, but Copa just does everything to make your life complicated. One reservation, Copa wouldn't let me check in, because the first ticket was on another airline (they couldn't give me boarding pass either), so I had to pass through immigration just to check-in and get the dang boarding pass. Basic economy won't issue you a boarding pass until 4 hours before unless you pay for seats... Airlines have gotten so stupidly greedy when technology should be SIMPLIFYING things.

1 ★This app is terrible and the website is barely any better. For Copa to be one of the Star Alliances with high airfare, their app should be better than this. I booked a flight but it doesn't show up in My Trips. I've tried adding it several times, get the pop up indicating it was saved but no matter what it isn't displayed on the page. Updating your profile is also a challenge with error messages that entries are not in the appropriate format but it doesn't give guidance with the correct format.

1 ★Impossible to book a flight with Copa, after selecting a flight and entering passenger info, it keeps erroring. I tried it half a dozen times over multiple platforms, but I keep getting the same error.

1 ★Why are you sending me this message? (It seems like your reservation needs to be reviewed by a service agent. Please contact our Call Center for assistance.). And you took the ticket price from me.

3 ★Love the new design and responsiveness, but booking has bugs, mainly when trying to exit the modal will be cutoff and can only hit "no" therefore can't exit the screen back to the previous one,

1 ★The telephone country code field does not work well. If I am able to successfully enter the country code manually, then it says invalid format when I try to enter my area code with my phone number. Without the area code, the phone number is useless. This is for a USA telephone number.
