3 ★It was my preferred app for groceries, until you removed the search function from the main screen. Would also like to have clickable shop name at the cart that takes you back to the shop. Also, the old way that products were shown per category - vertical and seamless, instead of the current horizontal, if you know what I mean.. These will make user experience way better.
1 ★I agree with Bear Sarile, there is definitely a bug in the app as I am experiencing the same thing. Used different credit cards and it would just charge and refund automatically. Even had my bank check all the attempted transactions. We have excellent internet connection as well. I reached out to MetroMart and was told there is the OTP. Well, this is a first I'm hearing about the OTP as it definitely does not show up during checkout. I do hope this gets resolved as it is frustrating.
4 ★I got to try this today and the experience was great! It's really convenient and I was able to save so much time and money too. I got to shop at SnR and it was delivered right on my doorstep. It can get really busy during the member's treat so this was a great way to skip the crowd and long lines. UI/UX can still be improved though. It's much better if we can sort the prices from lowest to highest. The product page is a bit overwhelming too. The other app with similar services has a much better feel to it when browsing. But I loved the overall experience and fast delivery. I'll definitely order again and recommend it to my family and friends!
1 ★Had previous deliveries on COD with no issues but now app won't let me checkout after choosing cash on delivery payment. Tried checking out for some time but met with the same result. Seems like they're forcing for a cashless transaction but after seeing all the bad reviews about it, I'd rather not face the same trouble. Kindly fix this. Thanks.
1 ★This is the first and last time I'm going to use this app & I won't even recommend this to anyone. I audited the total amount in the app vs the total amount in the receipt, yes the totals are the same. But upon checking per item, I've seen 15 items with discrepancy. The total amount that should have been charged to my credit card is higher than the itemized total (both includes the shopping & del. fees). The total is off by 2%. It's not that much but the point is, it's unfair to us consumers.
2 ★Almost half of all the items I ordered were not available and there was no way for me to check the list so its easier to think of replacements. I was left to just proceed with the purchase- its quite disappointing because I was expecting items to arrive only to find out half of them weren't. Real time updating of product availability would be helpful and worth it, given that the delivery fee is higher than other apps.
3 ★Have used the app 4x, 2x COD and 2x CC. When COD, the rider ALWAYS don't have change even if I indicate in the app to bring change. Frustrating. What I like is their shoppers are very communicative, letting you know alternatives for those check-out but not available at the store. One problem, the fresh fish wasn't gutted and cleaned. Do I really have to indicate that as preference???
3 ★I would have given this a higher rating. I just want to suggest that you give your riders training on GPS or fix the connection between your app and Waze. Riders often contact me to ask for directions and it turns out they are on a totally different part of the city! It does not make any sense. I talked to one of them and he said your app plotted his destination point on Waze to a very faraway part of the city. I don't get this same problem with the other apps I use.
1 ★I've been using this and relying on it for months now. But it suddenly won't accept my paymaya card even though I've been using the same thing since the start. Now it won't accept the payment even saying the card was rejected even though when I check the transaction logs, it's going through and then immediately refunded. I'm thinking it's a bug in MetroMart's app, but there's no way to contact them regarding issues like this. I've seen a lot of minor bugs as well, but this is just breaking it.
1 ★Booked at 9:00am but the shopper texted me at 7:23am. I replied at 8:33am agreeing with the suggested items. Since I couldn't be reached earlier, he proceeded anyways. I shouldn't be the one adjusting when in fact I was clear about booking it at 9:00am and isn't that the purpose of scheduling a specific time in the app? I've added a couple more items to the item that apparently wasn't available, just to maximize the fees. My P380 has gone to waste coz I didn't get what I really wanted.
5 ★Been using this since last year and things that I like: 1. App is easy to use 2. Shoppers communicate with me every time if an order is not available or if the price is higher (for grocery items based on weight per kilo) and are very courteous. 3. They now offer COD 4. Reliable time of delivery 5. Options are getting better-added landmark, national bookstore to name a few.
4 ★it was okay because they were able to deliver our grocery, however, they were not on time and they did not contact us whether there are some items that needs to be replaced. most likely, we will book again for our future grocery since it's really a convenience on our end. but still, there are rooms for improvement. good job! also, i wish there were options on meat and seafood to purchase half kilo instead of one kilogram of such items.
