1 ★Can't see products in any category... Looks like hundreds of others are having the same problem... Used to work before they updated.
2 ★It's ok and occasionally glitchy. You can't write reviews using the app, you have to log into the website. Otherwise I probably won't shop online with them ever again because they use FedEx, and they always "lose" my packages. Lulu states that they can't use any other service in the US, so if you shop using this app, beware the delivery company!
1 ★Filter option stopped working even though I reinstalled the app multiple times

3 ★I like that the app has a better inventory search than the website and reviews are less buggy, but it doesn't always have everything available on the website.
3 ★A bit disappointing. Three cons: (1) There's no way to keep a "favorite" list like the Apple version. (2) There's a big delay in price updates and availability compared to the website. (3) Pictured of products in your order history disappears, so you can't refer back to see if something is similar in color/style to what you've purchased. Pros: (1) Easy navigation, good design. (2) You can check to see if a product is in stock anywhere in the country if the product is available in the app.
1 ★The App is user friendly, and easy to navigate in order to drill down what you're shopping for. However, the inventory on the App often times shows product and or sizes that are out of stock, but they are NOT out of stock when double checking the website. This isn't an isolated incident. It's been like this for several months on multiple items that I've been wanting to purchase. Partial descriptions on the App warrants a 2nd look too. Save yourself the hassle, and shop via the website! 😊
3 ★Be wary of their quoted delivery times. I ordered something for myself with next day delivery. No updates were received for package tracking for over 24 hours. I contacted support, and within about half an hour of my conversation with support my item had suddenly been picked up by the shipper and my estimated delivery time had been updated in the app. Ultimately, don't pay for shipping with them and, if you do, dont trust them to get it to the shipper on time to meet the deadline they set.
1 ★Had a Lulu app which worked great but decided to update after months of getting the message that there was a new app available. Uninstalled the app I had before installing the new "improved"?? one. It downloaded and installed with no problem but 3 months later, and many attempts, I can't open it . Have reinstalled several times, same thing. Have contacted app support, no reply. And worst of all, the previous one I had which worked fine, doesn't seem to be available.Not impressed to say the least
