1 ★I can not get to pair with app. It pairs with the phones bluetooth just fine (Samsung S9+). Given permission to the app like others have stated to do and still nothing. it's just a paperweight if it won't connect to the app. I should have spent the extra money and got a fitbit
3 ★Worked fine until time changed to Daylight Savings Time. Wouldn't record any data from watch to App the day after time change. The following day it went back to recording data. So what happens when I travel 100 miles West into another time zone? Do I loose a day of data? I uninstalled then reinstalled the App on my phone. Didn't fix data loss problem. But retained all my settings on the reinstall. Must leave files on phone after uninstall.
1 ★I should be able to rate zero. The app won't see the watch no matter what I do. I've granted the app app permissions in Settings, uninstalled\reinstalled, restarted BOTH devices AND forgot every Bluetooth device my phone has ever paired with. Useless app and useless watch. If you're reading this review, return the device to the store.

1 ★Had to uninstall the app because it sucked the life out of my phone. Literally my phone wouldn't hold a charge more than a couple of hours while I had this app installed. So after 2 days I am getting rid of the app. But I will keep the wristband because it works fine.
2 ★Watch keeps disconnecting even if right next to my phone. Also have to restart my phone to get it to reconnect to my watch. Other than that, sleep and the heaet rates seem to work fairly well and is mostly accurate. Can't get the notifications to come across on my band either. Please fix for your future bands and apps.
