Download Polar Flow APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (fi.polar.polarflow-v7.26.0-ApkClean.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

3 ★Update: it's been almost a year now, and they still have not added simple jump rope. You've got so many other exercises that are very obscure, and nothing against those, but I think jumping rope or skipping rope is a very common exercise. Please put that in the long list of exercises. Also it would be great to make a favorites list on exercises, because I usually use only the same five or six everyday, and don't want to choose from a long list of 100 every single day. Thanks!
5 ★TRIMP scores & sleep data super helpful, re positioning recovery to match training load
1 ★Very difficult to use on my android phone (works fine on iPad). App won't recognize device or pair on subsequent use. Finally figured out (after replacing 1st monitor), to cycle Bluetooth off/on or restart phone to sync app. Not really interested in all the different sports workouts, would rather just have heart rate display with min and max, and a graph of HR over session would be cool.

3 ★The app almost never syncs my highest heart rate. Just now my polar watch said I was in the 150s but the app says my highest heart rate of the day was 111. 150 also aligned with my pulse ox. It's a little frustrating since the other polar app only tracks if I put that I'm doing a workout, but is more accurate. I've had my watch and the apps for several years now and it's always been an issue they never fix.
1 ★App opens once then never again. Reinstalled twice same result.

1 ★Way too complicated, older version was easier too use. No instructions or tutorials on how to change settings or customise to proffered heart rate readouts. They're intrests lie on collecting your data.
