Download Polar Flow APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★Easy way to track activity I didn't want a watch that did EVERYTHING, and this app along with the A370 focuses on my health without all the other BS.
4 ★I just got the Polar ignite and I'm happy with it so far, but I have a problem with the vibration. It never vibrates, not even when my alarm goes off, not when I receive a phone call.. Checked and I have the vibrations on. Any solutions for this? I can't find anything relevant on web.
1 ★Keeps disconnecting from mobile Since new update will no longer stay connected to mobile even after going through all previous steps of disconnecting and reconnecting from special access. 2 years on, change of phone, watch sent to be repaired and the same problems continue of constantly disconnecting from phone. Would never buy another polar.
2 ★I've had this watch for two years and it still can't fetch my weight from Google fit, forcing me to enter it manually. It will then push it to Google fit and cause conflicts with my properly syncing apps and devices. Also the pulse monitor is woefully inaccurate, which is strange since this is supposedly Pilar's forte. I will get a Garmin over the summer.
1 ★This app is trash. Requires location even when using a stationary bike and the heart rate sensor that I have FROM POLAR will sync but not show my heart rate. I've tried reconnecting it multiple times with no dice. It only worked the first time I connect it. Spare yourself the cost and get a real smart watch with health features....polar devs have no idea what they are doing and at least a samsung/apple watch will consistently track heart rate.
5 ★Works great 👍ANS charge algorithm is very accurate for me, for the 2 nights after my 2nd vaccine dose it was -10, was back to normal on 3rd day +2.4. I felt extreme tiredness 36 hrs after the shot....BTW I have it on airplane mode except when syncing in the morning. I would like to see an an area under sleep for daily notes
1 ★Doesn't sync if connected to wi-fi with Android. However will sync if connected to 4G. Why this is I have no clue, but it points to bad coding and bugs in the app. It's a shame that polar make good electronics then ruin it with poor coding. Clearing the app cache does nothing.
4 ★Fix this latest update for Android please! Had my Polar A300 for 14 years and now it's not syncing at all after DST. It's fully charged and I have paired/unpaired/repaired the BT. And now it won't BT pair...my phone is awaiting pin response but none appears on the Polar device. Sometime yesterday morning was the last successful sync. I'm losing out on steps/points for my wellness program. Editing - issue corrected once able to sync with manual polar flow software.
4 ★Watch disconnects constantly since last update. Always have to reopen the app to allow it to sync, but when it disconnects I get no notifications on my watch. *Update* This fix worked, although a shame this had to be done. Watch and app working fine again now, thanks.
4 ★Excellent activity tracking using polar product. Would be great if Polar spoke to their customers about innovation, so much more could be done to integrate with 3rd parties and allow users to import training plans. Their own training plans are rather stale, >5 years old in design, and still single sport based, which isn't great for a.company that has been a favourite with multisports enthusiasts for years.
1 ★Unreliable synching and connection on latest Android. Support was no help. Attributed it to fact that Pixel 3 was not supported. Now with Galaxy S21 plus the issue is still happening. It's almost time to replace my watch anyway - this will definitely factor into my choice for my next fitness watch. Guess what I won't be buying.
1 ★Has had moments when it is working as it should, the rest of the time nothing is as advertised. Problem connecting nad syncing. Would not recommend to anyone.
