1 ★Very disappointed with this app. I already subscribe the 1 month premium but it cannot detect and i lost my money just like that! I have contact them but they never solve the issues and let me waiting for days from them. Very sucks and sometimes it jammed and hang. Please give me my money back or 1 month premium account like before.
3 ★Reasonable rate for premium subscription and has diverse shows. However, I gave it 3 stars cause there's no option to set the playback speed of a video. The UI also makes it quite difficult to browse through shows. A filtered search would be great too.
1 ★So frustrated with the app. It doesnt allow me to change the app language from Bahasa to English. And when i use viu from the website to upgrade my account to premium, its always lagging, so extremely sloow to load and end up can not upgrade at all.
3 ★Worst device management ever. The premium subscription allows for 5 devices simultaneously, however even if you logged out from one device, the system still regards it as one of the device. Please have a tab for device management so user can manage which device they want to use with Viu. People do buy new gadgets and this is such a hassle. Sick of contacting CS just for this small problem. Please watch how other streaming services do it. Jebal.
3 ★It sucks, bcos eventho you already paid for premium, you still have to wait until the next day to watch the subbed episode. I mean, I can't help but to compare it to other ott where we can watch subbed episode just one hour after the live broadcast. It's not worth the money. I think I will unsubscibe it the next month.
1 ★I try to connect to my smart TV (LG) according the guidelines given but it helps nothing at all. I cannot find 'connect smart tv' in my viu mobile apps. This is very frustrating as i upgrade my account to the premium just to watch the movie from my smart tv. I already sent and email and pls reply it asap!
1 ★Good app and have some good content, but Service is bad. Paid for premium, after one day of premium service automatically downgraded to free service. Even after notifying them regarding the issue... No Reply.
1 ★It's frustrating every two minutes of watching there pops up an advert for 30 seconds. In other words watching a movie for one hour it takes you two hours to finish it. One for the movie another for adverts, it's really annoying
1 ★My account was blocked due to 5 device limit, but there is no way to check what devices are connected. Let alone removing any of the registered device. Rubbish service. Why can't you let us decide which devices we want to connect to our account?
3 ★Please fix the viu system, even though it's premium but if you want to see offline the application keeps coming out and it's disturbing. I hope it will be fixed soon, thank you.
2 ★A bit disappointed with this app.. I already paid for premium subscription, but until now can't watch the premium movie and the subscription didn't changed. I already email the viu team to solved my problem but until now don't have any response from the team.
3 ★Please improve the "Search" feature on TV app. It's not user friendly. Sort the shows by genre and nationality is apprieciated (current sorting is miss out a lot of shows). App on TV version is lacking.
