1 ★Latest update has just flat out broken payments. Used to be one simple click, now there are several steps and it fails every time (and locks you out of BankID for too many attempts). Updating to say I stand by my review. I attempted to pay my water bill. After 3 attempts it told me "this has already been paid". Today I get a letter telling me that my water bill WASN'T paid. Checking Kivra, and my November bill now doesn't exist in Kivra. It is just gone. Terrible app. Avoid if you can.
2 ★The app was a pleasure to use before. But this new Tink integration has soured the experience. Very buggy. It doesn't work at all. I'm not gonna sign using Bankid multiple times for one payment. This feels like a security risk.
5 ★Love the idea of no paperwork. So easy to find older documents if needed, especially when the usual filing system on regular documents is sorely lacking. Thus way I never lose documents. 😊 the receipts function works perfectly. Great app
1 ★I have to login multiple times. I suddenly have started receiving notifications for (very) old receipts and bills. Too bad there isn't an alternative and we're stick with this.
2 ★No possibility to export all messages. And when you select another service for official messages they still go to Kivra. Very hard to get rid of this service if you register once (as with viruses), better to avoid in the first place.
5 ★Great app. Will even be better to add language translation option for documents. For me, as not Swedish speaking person, sometimes is hard to get the meaning of the document without Google translate help. And this is so many extra clicks... Why not offering this as option for users? You even can charge some money for that
4 ★This app is really good and makes life easy. Paying bills and getting remainders about the payments were a lot easier than Before. The vital feature missing is the ability to share receipts and saving the receipts to my preferred email.
1 ★The app has become really laggy recently in my xiaomi. When I scroll down through my post is slow and sometimes it slides left or right when what I actually want is to navigate vertically. This is quite annoying because sometimes I end up deleting mails when that's not my intention at all
5 ★I like it make my life easier. I collected all my mailing in one place. It save time and efforts. I guess also we help to save paper and protect the environment. I recommend to use the app.
3 ★Very spammy app. Sends E-mails and push notifications for your own actions and things that need no action, for example to notify that you've taken some action in UI and signed it. Why would you email me to tell me about something I just did myself in the app not 5 seconds ago?!
1 ★A lot of issues with login and payment recently. It crashes constantly. But I guess no one cares about that as nothing has changed yet? Still can't pay most of the time. I just get a "Something went wrong" message and that's it.
1 ★Downloaded ICA receipt has all the headers but no content. I stand to lose thousands of SEK of I cannot get compensated. After some investigation, the font you use don't seem to be supported in the 3 tools I've tried to open the PDF. Should be a simple fix for you to make.
