I have enough to get two different prizes but sadly they were out of stock before I could even see them properly as they sell out at 2 in the morning. Don't know who's awake at 2 to buy them but they always out of stock... gets a bit frustrating...
1 ★Pity that weekly items are not made available for burn like advertised. Laat burn was 24 October 2017. And nothing since then on any devices for anyone if I I look at facebook posts regarding app.Its a real pity.
1 ★Earn points. Make Samsung Rewards richer. The end. I only have one thing i can burn my points on and that is Movie night tickets for 500 points. For the past two weeks. Is that punishment for my previous rating. You make us download stuff with data we buy, for points but theres never something to burn it on. This app is becoming a scam. Everything is always sold out and this has been like this for more than 6 months now. Jack up your act Samsung...this is rediculous. I would give zero stars if I could. 1 ★I exchanged my points for a 2 for 1 movie card...when I tried to use, i was told it was expired even though the back of the card said it was still valid for another 6 months. I tried emailing to get a response but to no avail. It's now been 3 months and still no answer from their support. This app is really useless as there is no support or anyone that you can speak to. 1 ★The app is a disappointment, I use to favour Samsung but now I look at this brand with a negative eye because of this app. I literally watched the app like a hack, it moved from no reward to burn to rewards sold in seconds. How does that happened? Who burns so many rewards within second? Secondly whenever my points reach a level to burn an item suddenly the item goes 4 times higher. An item which was 120 000 points suddenly becomes 512 000 points, within a week. Is there a point in this really? Is this a scam? Or what?
2 ★I'd like to know why my device never seems to update any of the burn items yet my friends have been receiving new items to burn regularly. When we log on at the same time, we see completely different items which doesn't make sense as the items seem are not exclusive to our respective Samsung models
