Manage your Service Desk field site visits, tickets and customers easily from the Service Desk Mobile application. Connect the mobile application to your Service Desk account, which can be setup from your Remote Management dashboard, and remotely access and update your customer issues, tasks and your site visit work such as comments, time logging, mileage tracking and costs.

3 ★It's great to see progress with this app, I believe it has a lot of potential! That being said, the app is always slow to open (about 10 seconds) and always opens to the Site Visits screen instead of the last screen open or making it user selectable. There doesn't appear to be the ability to add a template response to a ticket. There is no way to view pictures attached.
1 ★This app has potential but right now it's a headache and a joke. When it takes me 15 minutes to enter a simple three sentence description because the app is slow to log in, crashes on opening or even worse, crashes in the middle of me typing in my notes then it ceases to be useful and it certainly doesn't bring efficiency to the table. Worse part is based on the reviews this issue has been going on for quite a while and sending in the crash logs hasn't improved the stability of the app. You say you added more features in the last update. Now how about working on the stability of the app so we can actually use those features?
1 ★So much potential, so many problems: 1. Stupidly slow, 2. If you log in to the app it logs you out on other devices, 3. No ability to paste text into responses, 4. No ability to merge tickets with app, 5. Attachments are limited to pictures only, 6. Sometimes forgets your credentials (including server), 7. Time tracker tends to freeze or crash when you minimize. The app needs a LOT of work, there are so many limitations to it that using a PC browser is the preferred way to work with it. The app is so poorly written that I have switched to using it in browser on my mobile phone. Yes the app is THAT BAD! Hopefully this changes soon.
2 ★Nice to work with. Glad to have the app at last even if it is only for reference at the moment. Directions are laggy - tested against Google maps which was fine. Site visit has to be its own ticket which is ridiculous. If a ticket starts with remote access then escalates to an onsite, I want it all on one ticket or it screws up my stats. Great start for the app though and I really hope it keeps evolving (historically LogicNow are bad at this).
5 ★Finally able to respond to tickets on the go! I don't have to wait until I get back to the office. New tickets while not logged into my computer! Yeah!
2 ★I was also excited finally -but- The app fails at the basics. No alerts! Does not auto refresh and Can't make pending tickets the default opening page. Why? This is pointless - to have to open app to check if any new tickets or replies are pending - location is not primary task tickets are.
2 ★I was thrilled to see this FINALLY show up in the play store. It looks pretty good, but although the help file says you can filter the tickets.... Only sort by and refresh. No filter. Doesn't help me when all i see are everyone's tickets in every queue. Sigh. Back to the crappy web version i guess.
5 ★Now I can finally use my phone out in the field. Keep it up guys!!
5 ★All the tools I needed, and more
1 ★The app takes 10 seconds to start, then crashes Kama then takes another ten seconds to restart. Opening the websites on my phone takes only 5 Seconds including logging in, so for now this app will not be put into our workflow.
1 ★Crashes constantly on my Note 5, no push notifications, app is very slow compared to other android apps.
