1 ★I have been using this since june, I find it ok. Whenever I logged in it smtimes shows 0 user however if we see around 300+ users r active on site. whenever multitasking it just moves to offline mode , smtyn it shows no internet connection when I hv full net connection. Seriously you guys need improvement. It is not great app and there are chances I miss out customer enquiries.

5 ★Yes, this is a premium app - of course. You wouldn't assume that Netflix service would be free if you download the Netflix app, would you? I love the Formilla service, it's really helped me extend my customer service footprint, now the app lets us remain connected to customers without being tied to a computer. Great app. Great service. I'm using the Samsung Note 3. Suggested upgrade: persistent status icon when logged in, and ability to log in our out from the notification bar.

1 ★I'm a one man band and I can't use an app only website. Well I will be finding a less greedy alternative. Edit I understand that you have to pay bills but if someone only has a few visitors a week its not acceptable to py a fee when there are other companies that offer similar service with free app. You offer free service for single user but not for the app. I would pay for the app but I've found a better alternative
