2 ★Missing a lot of functionality, but it works okay I guess.

4 ★The app has gotten considerably better! It would crash on opening before now it opens right in. Much easier to see buttons, workflow is much smoother. EDIT - 17mo. Later Still a great app! Does not save login info all the time. Sometimes, even with a fingerprint login, I need to enter creds. I also noticed today that the time zone is not your local time zone. Messed me up on an appointment time. Still a solid 4 stars!

4 ★It's a little slow but it works. Time zone is incorrect in the schedule section and I can't see any way to adjust this. I wish I could add appointments from the ticket screen like you can on the web interface. Being able to search assets by current user like you can in the web interface would also be a huge plus.

1 ★Don't download. It doesn't work. Why not pay actual developers to create an actual app? Crazy most powerusers use android so you would think there would be some level of priority for Android OS

2 ★Difficult to read, very few options to change settings, over all this is only good to check if you have tickets not work on the tickets...

3 ★It's pretty good. It is a little slow and it won't stay logged in. It does the job. I would like it to be a little more integrated.
