5 ★This has been working fantastically, up until the latest update to the notification methods. I rely on mobile notifications, and now I do not receive them. Please fix ASAP!
5 ★Almost perfect... Total number of tickets should be on top not bottom. And second it would be ok if notifications could be set for a certain interval (eg outside office hours), as in office hours PC/laptop is used and notifications are not that usefull.
5 ★Great app. Has a really good interface and easily gives me power to do the same as on the full client. Entering new tickets is also very easy. Keep up the good work! :)

2 ★Like many other users I am also getting same error recently. "Please check your network connection and try again" whereas I have tried to re-installed app again. Was working fine before but stopped recently. @developers : Please look into it.
1 ★When I try to select the kind of ticket notifications I want to receive it keeps going back to the default notifications when I exit the section. For instance I don't want to receive notifications on new tickets created, I deselect it but immediately I exit and go back it shows that it's enabled. I selected I want notifications on status change on my tickets but when I exit and go back it shows it disabled. Am I doing something wrong?

2 ★No matter what I do, new tickets created won't disable as a notification. Every time I open it up, it's checked again. Can you fix this? Also, dismissed notifications constantly come back. Going to have to uninstall if this isn't fixed asap.
3 ★The app is ok. but Its difficult when I cannot see the requested profile when I press the user profile circle. yet in ios devices it's possible. please rectify this iss7e in the next update.
4 ★I work in IT and we use this for a help desk ticket really enjoy this app there are a few little things that I could tweak but for the most part this is a really good app and let me know tickets on the fly
