1 ★I am writing this review @ 11.09 pm with repaired ONN bike. The worst bike rental service. I rented a bajaj ct 100. But the key which they gave was TVS brand key which is very worst quality. 2. The nxt day speedometer stopped working 3. After a week the chain got cut. Bike quality is very worst. And there is no thing called customer support here. Same number will be in all pickup location and app, that number also not in working condition.
1 ★Don't book any bikes this is very very very very weast bikes no proper response from help line no proper bikes not giving any respect to costumers not giving refund about we need to spend our money to repair the bike not proper response 😡😡😡😡.I spent more money to repair the bike while riding in highway not giving refund money... please don't book any bikes in this app ...

1 ★I usually don't write reviews but a recent experience I had with ONN Bikes is making me write this. The bikes or scooters they have at their pick-up locations are in terrible condition and aren't sanitized. Trust me you'll end up getting disappointed. I haven't seen any of the executives wearing masks at the pick-up centers. If you're planning to rent a bike to avoid public transport during this pandemic, I'd recommend trying a different bike rental company. This one is too risky. Believe me!!
