1 ★THIEVES! I ordered from this app in early Oct. I have never gotten it and all the it says is item is at the warehouse waiting to be shipped. I have reached out several times and the seller has never replied. 123.92 they got. I am in the process of disputing the purchase and getting my money back.
1 ★Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. They failed to ship my order when I needed it, then refused to cancel it. Not worth it, you get what you pay for. Update. I never received my order. I paid for insurance. When I contacted their lovely customer service, they said sorry, not our problem, and offered me $30 coupon to make up for my lost $170 order!!! SCAM don't pay for the insurance because they don't actually buy it they pocket the money. HORRIBLE service!

1 ★Worst app ever. Placed an order for some shoes on 7/17 and after over a month of waiting still no shoes. Started a ticket after I got notice that my package was ready for shipping but hadn't moved for two weeks. Mia kept putting me off saying that it was going to ship soon. I had to demand a refund three times before I threatened to make a formal complaint. Finally got my refund back on my credit card and I deleted the app. Shein has the same items and better ship dates.

1 ★I just found out an order of more than $100 ,was never delivered and now they are telling me 80% of that order are non-refundable items! Please don't allow them to victimize you or steal your money, as "chic me" did to me. That is alot of money to just disappear with nothing to show for it.
1 ★The app asks you to log in everytime you want to use it. The website not so much. Also, I bought about 8 items and they all have different tracking information. So I believe Chicme is a market place. So if you like something it's best to oder in advance so that you receive it in time. Now the pieces I got were ok nothing that made me WOW, some I had to do alterations. They have the same sale all year round 🙄. False advertisement on prices. no option to delete acc you just unsubscribe
1 ★Unprofessional and shady The discounts and coupons don't really work at all. I made a purchase of 74€ to get a 45% off only for them to MULTIPLY (???) the total price by 2 and then take 45% off which was the original price anyway lol. So I cancelled the order. Secondly, the live chat button doesn't work most of the time and when it does, the chat itself just turns off and doesn't let you re-enter the window. Would not recommend.
1 ★I had the same experience in trying to return items. They DO NOT want you to return for a refund. I had to contact my credit card company to handle it for me and it was a success.
1 ★Extremely poor. Presentation of clothing is like WISH and the app is lagging - I was choosing dresses and it showed me shirts and shoes. When I tried to change the metric system from inches to centimeters it didn't make sense. Even if there was a single thing I liked... I wouldn't even bothered myself to get it because of the poor presentation. It's just sad.
