2 ★You could have charged Rs 100 (as you said charges are for Quality Assurance). You're actually going in loss by charging Rs 500. Also, users have complained about not being refunded in case of failure. Consider lowering the charges, at least till you conquer the market.
1 ★When looking specifically for shanti nagar flats this app is also listing out kormanagla flats. To contact the owners/ flatmates you have to pay. That's pretty annoying. In the least list out the properties in accordance with the area the user is searching for.
1 ★DON'T PURCHASE ANY PLAN ITS COMPLETELY USELESS TO OPT FOR PREMIUM PLAN OR RELAXED PLAN ITS WASTE OF 1000rs. There are not many genuine contacts you can find. All are brokers from nest away, hello world etc. The sample photos are fake. Relationship manager will call you intimidate you with multiple calls. All useless properties they show. Better talk to someone reliable don't use this App
3 ★My app experience was good. UI is neat and make it best flat &flat mate app but the thing is to contact any owner/individual they are forcing us to take premium membership. That's not good you can allow chat option for free users. Uninstalling the app not found any usefull for me.
1 ★Uninstalled my app and reinstalled it. To my surprise with same email ID as before I'm still a new user and my 500 that they charged previously are gone! Really bad! And it's so useless...no one even posts here, ppl only ping for 'friendship' .

1 ★Very very very bad experience, this people are just doing nothing, this is basically a spam, if you faced bad experience so what do we do the same thing I did in the rating box I have mentioned whatever I faced , and when I asked them my refund this people told me to remove my feedback from play store, so I did because I wanted to have my money , again guys I am writing for them who are thinkingof taking this app, read my caption before you buy it. And then they refunded me half money .
1 ★Use nestaway. This app has Very less options, doesn't seems transparent, only 3 images to justify full flat, no free discription, hidden costs are not mentioned, how many mates are staying not mentioned this is a lack information app. Simply wasted my time. use nestaway
5 ★Apartment on rent , flats on rent. This application find roommates. I like this application. This application really very good and easy to use.
3 ★You can use the app and you may found some good options but I honestly didn't explore that much in the app. I just want to tell you have to pay 500rs for the app but in case you don't get the flat you will get back 350rs as they will deduct some money for gst nd processing fees. Thy have this in their terms and conditions which I came to know later so read it before u spend money.
5 ★I suggested this app to my friend as she was looking for pre occupied flat and she got one within his budget
4 ★Earlier i had to give bad rating as i wasn't getting any revert from their side..i marked a mail on 14 july 2019 and didn't get revert till 15 July 2019 3 pm and hence i had to rate them bad However I got revert later on the same day. They called too for resolution of the issue which i highly appreciate.
