2 ★This app is good when it works but half the time if my kids on the phone during lock time it just stay on. And now I just found out the ringer stays off when locked so its not good for emergency calls.
2 ★Ive found out that he's been receiving pictures and sending pictures that doesnt seem to show on the app and theres some outgoing calls that also dont show this app has a lot of pros amd cons compared to verizons familybase! Only moved to sprint do to all extra charges at verizon but if I had any other choice id move back fast!

Now he call 911 and it unlocks the phone and is unlocked an u have no idea till i heir him on it pass the time its suppose to be lock.... not happy right now. So i am givin this app One more 1 chance

1 ★Used this app for a long time, now with a new phone that is supposed to be compatible, the companion app "Safely Family Utility" isn't compatible with the brand new phone. I emailed the company twice with no response. This is for a child with autism, and now I have no control over his phone.
2 ★Would be great if it actually worked! My son can do everything on his phone by simply turning it off then on! Gives you a window. I lock his phone during school hours yet he's had his phone taken away for listening to music because the app can be manipulated and used while you think its locked

3 ★I like that I can see if texts are incoming/outgoing during restricted times, can see new contacts added and calls made to unknown contacts. I don't like that the lock feature doesn't work. I locked the phone for the first time, allowing only a few contacts to be texted, however, those contacts can't be texted. Pointless feature.

1 ★Tried to give mobile controls permission to track my son's phone, but it says it can't on my son's phone. Noticed alot of people saying it's because of the new marshmallow update. If you say your product works on any sprint device thrn it should. To me that's false advertisement......
1 ★This app sucks! I downloaded it, set it up and it worked fine for all of about 15 minutes. From then on it has not let me login into the app and continues to tell me, "Sorry, something went wrong. Try again later." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times and restarting my phone as well and nothing changes! What's the problem?
2 ★I have installed this on my daughter's phone several times and it works part of the time but mostly doesn't work. I shouldn't pay for something that doesn't work. The install half the time doesn't work. This is a last attempt before I call Sprint and have it removed.
