1 ★This app says that deleting detection when no one has it set to can't download and won't let me go to settings
1 ★Beaides all the bugs, contacting support team is almost impossible due to a completely useless chatbot who goea into a bugged loop about contacting support. contactAlthough it has all the features i am looking for it is very buggy. Almost every time when i adjust time it says the kids phone is offline although it is on my other hand and unlocked and connected. 9 out off 10 times i have to do the adjustment 3-4 times before it works. Also navigation is so clunky.
1 ★Doesn't work. Initially I was very impressed by it so went for the lifetime license. Then after a few months I realised that my.son could delete it. I contacted support on several occasions who guided me on potential issues and checked that all the settings were correct. He still kept on deleting the app without any issues after they had confirmed it was set up correctly on his phone. Now fed up and requested a refund which has been rejected as more than 7 days since purchase. Don't buy!
1 ★I was really hoping this app would be similar to the Android Family Link. It really has limited functionality and I wanted to select certain apps to have a time limit. I paid for the full app, so I thought, it was a lifetime payment of $85. After I tried the app, I realized it had zero features I needed. I guess sometime in 2018, I had used up my free trial, 3 days, so I would not be offered a refund. $85 is not cheap for an app that doesn't offer what I need. Super disappointed.
1 ★3 days trial was great even it's a short time to find out potential issues. Purchased and used for a few weeks, glitched many times, reinstalled countless times but no chance it doesn't work as expected. Started to lose the pairing between parent and child device, shows zero time for daily screen. Support unable to provide an effective support other than giving basic instructions which doesn't help. Needs to be battle tested by the developers as each install gives a high amount of stress
1 ★I regret buying a yearly subscription on this app! It is full of just bugs and glitches, can't monitor my child's web or YouTube histories, keeps crashing, and asks for allowing permissions on my child's phone repeatedly (although these permissions were granted when setting up the app for the first time on my kid's phone! Location tracking also has several bugs. The app needs a lot of work! And for now, unfortunately, it is just a WASTE of money. Do NOT buy the yearly subscription.

5 ★Purchased the monthly subscription to try it out for longer period than 3 days (i think it would have been nice to have a longer trial period to begin with). Overall it appears to be working well. I can see there are still bugs to be fixed regarding time-use counting and consistency between reporting the values on various screens in the app. Also i think an upgrade option from within the app from one subscription to another could have been nice. Still i give it 5 for now.
2 ★I've become more and more disappointed with this product. 1. The app periodically disables on a given device, at which point controls are lost 2. To be able to block illicit content on a device, you need to figure out what combinations of settings to use. Nothing tells you what to do to get it right (no faq on this), and nothing warns you that you're not fully covered. 3. Support interactions have been disappointing. There is a lack of problem ownership. My complaints are bounced back to me.

5 ★I feel as though this app has had a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been good. Yes there were a couple of teething problems initially but once I got the hang of it managing my two children's phones became very easy. I can choose to block certain sites, disable apps, filter content, set a different time limit for each day and even choose the hours when the phones are "active". I can lock their phones any time I want from my own phone. All this for a very reasonable annual fee...
