Bangalore Traffic Police in collaboration with ichangemycity.com launches Public Eye! Spotted a traffic violation? Take a picture/video of the erring vehicle along with its number plate and post it on Public Eye. Download the App now and be a traffic warrior!

These are the violations you can post a complaint on:

3) Parking on Footpath
4) Riding on Footpath
5) Riding without a helmet
6) Defective/Fancy number plate
7) Stopped on zebra cross
8) Triple riding
9) Using mobile phone
10) Wrong parking
11) Jumping traffic signal
12) Pillion rider not wearing helmet
13) Stunt riding

3 ★1. Air pollution should also be added as a violation. We see so many vehicles throwing pulluting smoke. I tried to report one but the ticket was closed with no action. 2. Video upload from gallery is breaking n closing the app. 3. Please include to report the autos which do not take trip by meter.

1 ★App keeps restarting when we try to add location. Quite frustrating. Also provision to select multiple rule break categories must be allowed since I commonly see helmetless riding on footpath and sometimes triples.

2 ★Does not allow multiple photos upload and location not coming properly. Edit option not available for making any change including changing photo Even though my camera is of high resolution and I do provide car numbers, many violations are not booked? Is this c the way police supports public?

3 ★Some legitimate photos are rejected giving reason that they are not clear. Some complaint takes one day and some take weeks. There is no validation whether the fine has been put, whether it has reached the violators attention. There's no info to contact to ask about the action taken. Why the comment section is not allowed for the reporter is beyond my imagination.

2 ★options like editing/ deleting the post is required... the uploaded files are getting heavily compressed... unable to view the complete complaint agter posting... lots of improvements required,

1 ★Terrible app. Always crashes when i press the "video" button. Not able to upload images >5MB is a major drawback. The app should have the inbuilt functionality to reduce the image size & crop the images.

4 ★Unable to login. After entering the mobile no or email id, cursor not moving to next step. I am unable to proceed and use it.

1 ★There is no option to select Vehicle with altered silencer. These vechcles are violating the sound norms set by government. Notice can be sent to home for offenders. Why dont you add the category in the app.

5 ★It's a good app. Thank you for opening to the public. A small suggestion from our side would be to have this app posted on social media. Please publicize it as much as possible!

5 ★Please .add feature in your app to add date time and location of image ..by using encryption technology..so nobody will send fake image..police can trust image..give 1 percent comission to the reporter..99 percent traffic violation will be reduced.

1 ★Can't mention the location at all, it just suggests few locations sometimes while you type in the address. We cannot stay in the location all the time to give the exact location.

1 ★This app is basically the replacement for cops. Yes, citizens should be responsible and reporting traffic violations and other crimes comes under the responsibilities of citizens. But keep in mind that this leads to unwanted quarrels and sometimes escalates to fights. If a guy sees someone taking a picture of him while committing crime or a felony then he'll obviously be enraged. I'm not saying don't be a responsible citizen, I'm saying be responsible cops.
