Constituency connect is an initiative attempting to bridge the distance between elected representatives and the citizens through Ichangemycity.com. Through the app, the grievances of the residents will directly go to their elected representative, and the same will be acknowledged by them.How does it work?
• The elected representatives will download the app, Constituency connect.
• Complaints posted on ichangemycity.com will be promptly sent to the elected representative using the constituency connect app.
• The elected representative will acknowledge the complaint by clicking on it and the same will be notified to the complainant.
• The elected representative can send an update to other elected representatives in the area and civic officials.
