1 ★Worse app, poorest developers, never worked. Always closes unexpectedly. One star rating seems exaggerated. I tried to register for booking, I got message "Value false at response type javs.lang.Boolean cannot be converted to JSONObject". Someone please translate it!!
1 ★Worst experience using the bookkaro app. I purchased the seat from the app two days before the departure time. When I reached the terminal staff told me that there is no bus of my ticket time, after showing them the online ticket staff told that the bus is dropped. There is no any information about the drop of the bus from schedule and no one told about the drop of the bus earlier. I didn't recommend anyone to use this app.

1 ★Worst experience using this app. It doesn't accepts any type of password on register process. I have been trying numeric alpha numeric all type of passwords.
1 ★Very very bad experience. I booked seat with Rs. 3554- and at bus terminal, it was available with Rs 3100- Moreover, I paid amount through easypaisa but the status was 'Expire'. On 2 calls, the staff confirmed it. I don't recommend it to anyone. Actually, I intended to give zero star but....... 😏

2 ★Correct your seats number in app. As I purchased Business Class single Seat# 4 for a female and after sitting in the bus Seat# 4 was a double seat. After so much hassle eventually got single Seat#12. Fix this rest of the App is great.

I booked seat for my wife separate single seat but when come on board it was not single and more then that they booked a unknown male seat with female. Please be aware with this fraud.... 1 ★Worst experience using the bookkaru app i purchased the two seats from the app 15 hours before departure time when i reached terminal staff told me that there is no bus on given time after showing them a online ticket they told me that this ticket is cancel and we adjust you in next bus and next bus was after 6 hours and after 6 hour when bus come staff told me that we are adjusting you in this bus in last seats and bus seats was in worst condition. I didn't recommend any one to use this app
